I would highly recommend medbedhire. I found them really easy to deal with and they provide products at a competitive price. From the beginning, Dawid responded well to all my questions. He provided a quality hospital type bed with a choice of mattresses. I had a bed and air mattress delivered on a Saturday within 3 days of asking.
As my family member improved I was able to easily change the type of mattress within 2 days of asking. Delivery/collection times are communicated well and you are advised a two hour window when the equipment will be delivered/collected which was so helpful.
The team who installed the bed were friendly and efficient.
I would use the company again.

I was in hospital in Bolton lying on my back after rupturing both quad tendons. I realised I need hospital equipment at home so on a Sunday night found and contacted the team
David too my email and call and the service provided was 100 per cent and in my hour of need David and the team delivered and I am very very grateful

On discharge from the hospital following a prolonged period, I was advised to live on the lower floor of my home for safety reasons.
I made contact with MedBedHire, and explained my conditions, the advice from the hospital, they then advised me on the most suitable and appropriate bed that would be suitable, and we then agreed the terms of the rental. And to my surprise I was then informed that the bed/mattress would be delivered and erected in the next 2 hours. And which it was, and everything was done to my needs and specifications in a professional and empathetic manner. And I can only highly recommend this company and its staff for making a stressful time much more comfortable. 10/10

Having this bed definitely helped my recovery from a total hip replacement. It made it possible to sleep well and gave me somewhere to rest when sitting wasn’t comfortable.
So that’s why to get the bed but why use this company? Great service, excellent communication, bed as described, reasonable price, lovely people.

We needed to have an appropriate bed for my mother to enable safe discharge from surgery. Knowing it was going to be short term, while recovering from surgery. Medbed hire provided an incredibly quick and efficient service. Reasonable cost and easy to arrange

In a very stressful time (with an extremely poorly relative), they swiftly delivered a bed and assembled it quickly and sensitively.

Needed a suitable, professional profile bed and mattress for my mother to stay with us for a break. I cannot over emphasise how brilliant this company is. At a time where everything was horribly stressful and my partner needed major surgery, hence hiring a hospital bed, Medibed were an efficient super easy non stressful bright spot. They were consultative about what i needed in the first instance and I had a bed pretty much immediately, when i changed my requirements mattress wise it was there within 2 days. They are open on costs and very transparent. They didn't try and make me get the costliest thing, they took the time to make sure I had the right thing. They were very responsive when I needed support. Basically excellent value and excellent customer services and I’m so grateful to them for being so easy to work with.

I cannot fault the care and attention to detail from this company, they made everything so easy from start to finish. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a hospital bed and a mattress , so many to choose from , thank you so much.

Quick and efficient - would use again

Excellent company with great customer service at a difficult time. We needed a bed for my elderly father who was coming out of hospital after breaking his hip. Dawid talked us through the process and arrived on the day required and set up the bed and explained how it worked. My father was very comfortable in the bed, but after a few weeks complications meant my father needed more support and the NHS agreed to provide a hospital bed with a special mattress. David was very understanding and we continued with weekly hire until the NHS bed could be supplied. Arranging the removal of one bed and the installation of another was a juggling act, but Dawid worked with the deadlines and everything went smoothly. We were kept informed of their progress and they arrived when they said they would. I have been very impressed with the company and highly recommend them.

I broke six ribs and punctured one lung. The thing that hurt the most at home was to get out of bed (level 10 pain). When I finally got to the hospital I had an electric hospital bed that could lift my upper body and I could swing out with much less pain.
I realized I had to get a hospital bed at my home before being discharged. I called MedBedHire and had an immediate response, all questions were answered, and a bed in my rural kitchen within two days.
Apart from being a lifesaver, the bed has been very comfortable even for a big guy like myself.
Now, 5 weeks after the accident, I'm moving back to my own bed. Thank you!!!

I rang Friday 22nd December having spent one night in a normal bed after being in hospital with four broken ribs - two flaling - and a lacerated liver.
My fantastic bed with Airflow mattress was installed by Saturday 1pm. It has meant I no longer dread the nights and it is definitely helping me to heal.
