I booked in for a full body laser hair removal course with Medi Spa at the Hale clinic. My first 3 appointments all went according to plan, but my 4th appointment was not to be.

I first got a cancellation via text for my fourth appointment. They told me someone would be back in touch to rebook but 3 weeks went by and nothing happened. I then sent texts, emails and even submitted a request via their website but still I got no response back. During this time I noticed that on their social media accounts they were still advertising for new clients although they were not able to manage their existing clients.

After 5 weeks of no contact from Head Office to re-book my appointment. I ended up calling the technician at the clinic directly, who could not have been more helpful who went out of her way to re-book my appointment.

Then the day before my 4th appointment, they cancelled again via text message.

I have no requested a refund which I expect to get in full. But based on previous reviews it might not be so easy.

I have to say, the staff at the clinic were always brilliant, more than helpful and made the appointments I attended great.

Could not fault the service or professionalism. Would highly recommend for all your hot tub needs.

The Medi-Spa team came to move our hot tub. They arrived on time, were ultra friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would certainly use this company again.

I can not recommend this company more highly. The team did a first class job giving the hot tub we inherited with our new house the ‘Gold Service’ making it like new! Tim is fantastic at his job - super friendly and incredibly helpful giving us a full run down on how to use the hot tub and how to look after it. Thank you Tim!

Called Medi-Spa to come out and repair and service our 10-year old Canadian Spa Co. swim spa. Tim and his mate worked tirelessly long into the evening replacing a couple of pumps and giving our spa a very thorough clean and service from top to bottom. Tim is clearly very experienced as well as polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent service - we’ll be back.

Amazing team, very knowledgeable.. we bought a new jacuzzi to be installed with all the trimmings and was not disappointed. The team had our jacuzzi installed quickly with no issues and even arranged the delivery, electrician to install armoured cable and isolator, concrete sub-base and the crane. We took the full maintenance package and the engineers turned up for their first appointment on time on the right day even though raining! I am very impressed with these guys work, prices, customer service and would refer them to friends and family in the future. Always turned up looking smart in uniform and truly is the platinum company for anything to do with jacuzzi and hot tubs all under one roof!! Many thanks to the team..

I’ve now used this company several times and every time I have been very courteous very professional extremely clean over above and beyond I like the way they run the business a great family business and I wish him all the luck, I’m off on their prices to be extremely reasonable and in my case even chucked In free items as well which I really appreciated

Having recently moved house and inheriting a hot tub, I purchased the gold package to clean the hot tub and learn how to maintain in the future. After a couple of hours the hot tub was gleaming, pumps were all checked and then I was provided me with instructions on how to maintain and look after the hot tub. Would recommend to anyone who has recently purchased a hot tub and needs help getting started or if you would like a thorough clean/service.

I called in Medi-Spa to help restore my elderly hot tub to working order after it developed problems with the controller and pump. They did their utmost to complete the repairs at affordable costs. I can now again enjoy the benefits of my hot tub which operates as new.

Super helpful, friendly, on time and above all knowledgeable in all things hub tub team and very competitive call out fees, good communication, helpful advice etc. Will definitely use again.

I contacted Medi-Spa and with great luck, I was assisted with an immediate call out availability, which I was truly surprised, as most companies are not so readily available. Engineers came out the following afternoon and gave me options and resolved my repairs immediately. They even worked late into the evening to fix the problem. Thank you and great service

High limit switch had triggered on Hydropool 700 hot tub causing a complete failure. Also had been installed for 3.5 years and was in need of a service. Medi-spa were able to visit site within a few days and came prepared with a new main unit which includes tub heater. Unfortunately this is what had failed and had to be replaced. Tub was also serviced with a thorough clean.
Even though the tub and filters were very clean already I have noticed a considerable improvement in the power of the jets
