As an 82 year old former member of a small choral group back in the 1970's I thank you for transferring my 52 year old Scotch tape recording on to CD. Although the original recording was very poor your CD has however helped to revive old memories of a very special time in my life. Thank you.

Very good communication with Andrew regarding the despatch and receipt of my very precious 35mm colour slides. The digitisation took the stated time and I was happy with the results.

Great customer experience, this was important as I was entrusting my unique family cine film to be digitised, some going back to the 1930s.
Final media was of excellent quality and all film returned to me safely.

I was impresses with the speed of the conversion and the fact I could share it with my family with no fuss.

From start to finish the process was a little long but the care taken to extract my vhs and put this on dvd was brilliant.

Even though my video had to be cleared, the quality of the video was excellent even though it had the generic ripple effect of a classic video playing I am happy with the price, quality and care taken.

I would recommend them to others to send their video for conversion.

Very pleased with all our new digitised media. It was a job we were meaning to do for ages and Mediafix made the whole process very easy from a detailed explanation of options and prices to the return of all media. The only minor was the lack of communication when the media was in transit/received which seemed a little while.

Very straightforward instructions. I had a few questions to clarify before beginning, and the person on the phone was very helpful. Everything went smoothly, just as per the instructions. Price is very reasonable and as expected.

Really pleased with the digitisation of some of my Father In Law’s Slides. Easy to order, post and receive back. Great service all round.
The Slides are far better quality than we expected, especially when you consider the age of the slides.

The end product is good, and sound is ok on 2 of the 4 items. No acknowledgment of receipt for quite some time and few updates as to progress, until the fixed items turned up

Mediafix customer services were excellent and helped me throughout the digitization process - this was greatly appreciated as anything to do with 'digital' life is a black hole were comprehension and understanding disappear. The cost of the exercise was also very reasonable, much less than I anticipated.
There is one outstanding matter that I am relying on Mediafix to resolve, their courier DHL delivered the 'Flash drives' to the wrong address.

I was very pleased to have some old 35mm slides scanned and put on a USB stick in order to have photographs printed. I didn't realise the slides had to go to Germany for the process to be completed, but if you are prepared to wait a few weeks the end result was worth waiting for. Good communication process throughout. Recommended.

Superb quality digitisation.
The service from end to end was very thorough, with an excellent set of digitised images provided both online and on a memory stick.
The whole process took some time it was well worth the wait.
