I purchased from them through groupon. They never provided me the code. They respond to groupon and thye don't respond to me. They literally took my money. Do not buy.

I am facing the same issue as others. Activation code worked only for a few days but then it stopped working. Having been sold as a LIFETIME license this is very misleading and probably fraudulent. As others have commented compact has stopped responding to emails

Purchased Microsoft Office 2021/Windows 11 Home Bundle off Groupon. Will try and load Windows 11 on my old Laptop. But have loaded Office 2021 successfully on my new recently purchased Laptop. Having read all other Trustpilot reviews, I can only hope it doesn't drop out after a few months. Thus only 3 Star Rating.

Bought through Groupon, link to claim offer wasn't clear to use. Redeemed offer and ignored for a week. Impossible to get hold of anyone. 2 emails and 10 unanswered calls later. Groupon won't help as its the merchant's failure.

Terrible experience. Obviously they got ONE corporate license and then they resell it over and over. They are not giving any support after that, you will lose your money.

I bought the Microsoft Office Pro 2024 package via a Groupon deal for a good prioce of £14. It worked initially after some struggles to install as I already had the MS 365 on my laptop. It worked for about 8 weeks and then it stopped. I tried the useless Microsoft customer online help they said the product key was not recognised. I went back to mediamansoft to ask for help. They gave me two new product keys which were also not recognised - giving me an error message when I tried to download. I wasted hours if not days trying to get this issue resolved. From other online threads it seems that unscrupulous companies buy one MS Office licence for a company (Volume licence) and then resell the product key over and over. These company licences have a limit obviously - so when the limit is up - you get disconnected. I am angry and disappointed. It seems that every damn coprporate service is trying to make a fortune by offering monthly subscription deals instead of the usual once off payment. Also pointlessly updating every year for more money and threats of no more support for older products. It's just greed - plain and simple.

Warning: Avoid Mediamansoft and Groupon for Office 2024 Purchases!
I was scammed by Mediamansoft through Groupon when I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus. Instead of Office 2024 Professional Plus, their instructions and ISO file installed Office 365, a completely different subscription-based product. Shockingly, no physical Office application files (e.g., Excel.exe, Winword.exe) were installed on my PC, rendering the software useless for my needs. Despite multiple emails to Mediamansoft and Groupon, both have been uninterested in resolving this. Groupon has told me to contact Mediamansoft after multiple emails. They should not allow dishonest companies to sell trade via them. Mediamansoft replied to my first email but have ignored further emails. Save your money and avoid buying for them. Probably better to directly from Microsoft to ensure you get the real product!

Such a great price. Silly to pay Office 365 yearly subscription when this does virtually the same for a lifetime licence. At around £13 downloaded the office 24 and everything I wanted came within a short time. You have to open a Groupon account to complete verification and quite easy to complete. Used same purchase again for 2nd laptop. I had a question and dealt with mediaman support. Fantastic support and quick response. Will definately use again.

Had a rocky start and couldn't contact seller customer support but seller has since been contact by groupon as I needed assistance. Seller ran me through next steps and that had to call Microsoft to activate over the phone, all resolved now, happy with my product.

I saw Office 24 Pro from Mediamansoft via Groupon for an unbelievable £11.49 so snapped it up. Lifetime license, so should remain good for many years to come.

I hadn't received the activation code from Mediamansoft after a day or two, so chased them and then received it within an hour. They lose a star for me having to chase.

From there the process was straightforward. You just have to follow their instructions. All in all it took around an hour to uninstall all the relevant apps and install Office 24. Like others, I have to activate by phone but this is no big deal, it's all automated. You call, then send you a link to access on your mobile, you enter the 54 character activation code (microsoft... 54 characters... really?) and your done.

The entire process of downloading and installing was almost flawless. The instructions provided were crystal clear and accurate. The one very minor nit-pick was that the license key didn't work and I had to use MS's tedious telephone activation service, but at such a great price, who's complaining?

Although the download took several attempts on different browsers, this was still a 5 star experience. Software was an exceptional price and installed exactly as it should. Not just a great deal but a great experience (with a bit of patience). Would deal with them again,
