Mediamodifier is a quick and dirty solution for creating and storing custom mockups online. It makes generating product thumbnails a very fast and easy process once you wrap your head around how to upload your own PSD mockups. Support is very fast and helpful.

GREAT support, we are using these mockups for our company website. We had some issues with some of the sizes, Aleks helped us out with that, they have made some custom mockups for us to use with A4, EA5 and bussiness card designs. VERY HAPPY customer over here! So yes, a great option for a fair price to create nice mockups on all sort of products.

I use Mediamodifier as someone willing to pay for a platform that truly meets the needs of a specific segment of designers and businesses. However, I feel that the current variety of templates is not enough to create fully professional results. The platform would benefit greatly from expanding its database and adding more diverse and specialized templates (we need the possibility to integrate more open soures templates and blueprints inside our designs)

I also hope to see easier tools for adding or converting signatures and stamps from external images, with better options to clean and refine them for more accurate, high-quality results.

On the positive side, the customer support is excellent, fast and very professional. I had a great experience and Zendesk is definitely a solid choice. I’ve worked with it in the past and it continues to deliver great service.

My suggestion is to study the needs of the market, companies and designers more closelr and offer solutions that match those needs. It would also be helpful to introduce subscription plans based on the features each user requires. perhaps three/two different tiers with varying prices and capabilities.

Great tool for mockups! I can also create my own custom mockups and upload it here. Thanks to their support team who's always ready to help and figure out the causes of my challenges I experienced along the way. Looking forward to their future updates!

Whenever I need a custom mockup for my print-on-demand business, Mediamodifier always creates it quickly and for free. Their team is incredibly kind, responsive, and goes above and beyond to help. Plus, they have a huge library of amazing mockups to choose from, I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for high-quality mockups and excellent customer support!

They clearly state in the features section of their "Free" account that you can download your design, yet the moment I tried to download my first design they asked me to pay. I looked everywhere, and there's no way to download my design for free. Typical misleading garbage to try and suck you in. Avoid.

Amazing, they went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and did it so professionally. Haven't seen that kind of kindness and professionality in the mockup business. Thank you, you guys are the best!

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve been a customer for 7 years and I’m very satisfied. Missing mockups were created especially for me in record time, and the support team has always been kind and helpful. Stop expecting everything for free - this company, like any other, needs to make a profit. I will definitely remain a loyal customer. The only improvement I would suggest is bringing back the option to mark mockups as favorites, like it used to be.

Sie tun so, als gäbe es eine kostenlose Version, aber auf diese kann man gar nicht klicken – nur auf die kostenpflichtigen Optionen. Man denkt zunächst, man müsse sich vielleicht registrieren, um die Freeversion nutzen zu können. Aber auch das stimmt nicht. Wahrscheinlich wollen sie einfach nur deine Daten.

Literally the worst mockup site. It doesn't work properly and lag all the time.

It's a scam. They will just waste your time. They pretend to have a free plan and are lying to you.

Promised a 7 day free trial. Took $31.90 from my account. Support will not respond. Thieves!

Also, once inside there is barely anything there. Avoid.

Offered a google results template and the option to make an account to use it, but after making an account it wasn’t there. Very obnoxious

They claim to offer a free started plan but it's a total lie, there is no free option. I would have considered subscribing but I don't buy from dishonest untrustworthy companies.

Fake option for a free plan, nothing is free and they just waste your time by lying to you.
Why show 3 different plans if only the 2 paid ones are selectable.
Scam

The Mock-up Generator works great! The MM team even went above and beyond and made three additional model designs for me for free so my mock-ups would be exactly as I needed them to be.

They are thieves, I purchased one one-time plan on 21st December 2023 and then my account showed that Dec 28, 2023.. I mailed them but no answer, worst experience ever

seems to be no option to press the starter plan, whether it be selected on monthly, yearly or one-time. as in the button physically isn't there, false advertising

I am giving it two stars for the simple way it allows to generate a mock-up. Everything else is a one-star about this company.

PROs: Very easy to generate a good quality mock-up very quickly.

CONs: 1. Poor customer service. They really need to respond quickly, and need to provide a better way than emailing back and forth. Virtually no technical support here, so you're pretty much on your own. 2. Buggy website 3. Buggy account management (I found two of my team members account was removed. Adding them back does not let them in anymore). 3. Product needs a lot of enhancements. I have not seen any over a year - tells me that this company is stalled. They at least need to provide an ability to download images in multiple formats (SVG, PSD, TIFF) along with PNG. Ability to generate an image with specified resolution will help. These are very basic requirements.
