Media rewards doesn’t pay anything. I have been doing surveys for almost a month and the note says congrats this will be added to your balance and my balance never moves past 6.36. I email them with screen shots and never get a clear answer. My phone is on all the time and still have not gotten anything. I have decided that this app is too much risk with an open mike and have closed and deleted this app.

You never win anything they kmow every website youve ever been on and once you reach the top 6 percent it will keep turning itself off to avoid you getting to the top 1000

The app was great and smooth every week there was an update or surveys but now its off I've been waiting for weeks and nothing new or announcing any winners the app stopped working unfortunately

Had I reviewed them back in the beginning of February? I would’ve given them five stars absolutely but then around middle to the end of February I started having a problem., despite completing multiple surveys a day, always having my mediate rewards tracker thing on and boosting it multiple times a day by clicking on it every time it pops up with an annoying little notification, even though I might be in the middle of something else I still click on it and switch over to it and boost my rewards data, and as I said, multiple surveys a day sometimes.. around February 23 it stopped recording and logging any of the surveys that I did or any of the media reward stuff that I did and shared which is so annoying especially considering I have now emailed Support three times and have not heard back from anybody yet, I have not been able to advance past $7.17 in my account and you can’t cash out until you’ve got $10 minimum. So I’m really hoping that Support will see my message here since they’re not checking their emails apparently and that they’ll get back to me and help me figure out my account because if they could help me figure out what’s going on in my account and help me to fix it then I would totally give them the full five stars because up and tell this issue that I had they were pretty awesome and I enjoyed the content of it and I enjoyed the surveys actually weren’t boring surveys so That was pretty cool actually and they don’t shove a bunch of ads down your throat which is awesome like super awesome but until that problem is fixed that I’m having I’d give media rewards zero stars, but Trustpilot doesn’t allow us to give them a zero star rating, unfortunately.

Pretty good getting more surveys than ever

Habe 100 Euro Gutschein gewonnen. Die Auszahlung hat ca. 15 Tage gedauert. Ging aber alles unkompliziert. Kann die App jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Läuft still im Hintergrund

die ist ganz einfach, Media Rewards hat geschrieben, ich habe 1000€ geworden, habe maine Mail Bestätigt für Überweisung eventuell auf Paypal. das sollte nach eigenen aussagen noch in Februar gutgeschriben werden, wir habe jetzt den 4.Mai.

I have been doing this App for probably 8 years I think and I question myself why every day, because I have in those eight years probably had 5 surveys each at £5.

Now the platform of it has all changed as well in the last few months it’s got even worse they do this thing where they give out coins to get a reward, getting the coins is pretty much a never as it never happens.

I have contemplated leaving this app for such a long time and for some reason I just keep thinking it will get better but never does.

So if your asked to join this app by your friends I would say to you don’t bother not really worth the hassle it comes with.

Easy way to earn gift cards!

Got my first 2 rewards within hours. Waiting 2 weeks for my 50$ Amazon gift card. Messages then 6 times with no response. Not happy

I've been using media rewards for a year now, probably a little over a year. I haven't won anything yet. Currently I am in the top 3%. I'm going to stick around for a little and see what happens. Maybe I am not doing something right. I just don't really know, but I'll be patient.

Think about it this App uses your microphone, has over a Million downloads collecting data from you 24/7 saying the app doesnt record or is able to detect voice. Sure ofcourse... If it has so many downloads how can it be possible that they only give away 2000USD World wide I have a better chance winning 10€ on a scratch card that cost 50€ btw if you phone is in the room and you are having sex its recording that too probably... just saw the reply and you think this will change my or most users thought about you...? like I said 2000USD worldwide with over a million downloads for sure 24/7 data collection would pay of more there are so many big company that had big scandals and ofc the one that has a low asf (prize) (money) and has access to your mic and whatever 24/7 is legit I saw multiple reviews saying they won and then you stopped replying to them Imagine scamming some dude out of his 50€ for a life worth of user data lmfao...

By not asking me to sign up my credit card in order to get help. This is a scam.

The app told me it'll take 5 days to get my prize and it's been 7 and still no rewards after I won and no response email. What did I do wrong. Is this a scam

Da ich keine Hilfe bzw. keine Antwort vom Support bekomme, muss ich leider eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben, da ich vermute, dass hier betrügerisch gehandelt wird. Ich habe am 11.12.24 bei der Gewinnziehung angeblich 50 Euro gewonnen, diese aber bis zum heutigen Tage nicht erhalten. Entweder reagiert der Support gar nicht oder hält mich mit unklaren Aussagen hin. Bisher war ich zufrieden mit der App, aber dieses Gebaren ist absolut unzufriedenenstellend und höchst unseriös. Vielleicht gibt es hier eine Reaktion und dementsprechend Hilfe, dann gibt es auch eine bessere Bewertung.

Update 24.02.25: Wie erwartet das übliche Blablabla und ich habe meinen angeblichen Gewinn immer noch nicht erhalten. Wer sich mit dem Gedanken trägt, die App zu nutzen, lasst es. Es gibt so gut wie nie Umfragen, wenn dann gibt's als Belohnung 5 Euro und auf die wartet man 3- 4 Wochen. Angebliche Gewinnziehungen gibt es mehrmals pro Monat, ob aber jemals ein Gewinn ausgezahlt wurde, ist zu bezweifeln, wenn ich mir das Theater anschaue. Also Finger weg, ihr bezahlt mit euren Daten rund um die Uhr und bekommt dafür Nichts.

Natürlich hat sich weiterhin nichts getan. Mittlerweile wird gar nicht mehr auf Emails reagiert. Nochmals die Warnung, löscht die App oder ladet sie erst gar nicht. Hier wird nur mit euren Daten Kohle gemacht und ihr werdet betrogen und hlngehalten, wenn es tatsächlich mal zu einem Gewinn kommt.

Nach fast 4 Monaten habe ich nun endlich meine 50 Euro Prämie erhalten. Daher ändere ich meine Bewertung auf 4 Sterne, die volle Punktzahl kann ich leider nicht vergeben, da es zu viele Reibereinen bis zur Auszahlung gegeben hat und dort noch deutlich nachgearbeitet werden muss.
