Great service, always responds and provides great support

The founder's antisemitism troubled me deeply. Everything was going well—great service—until the founder discretely confided his anti-semantic views to me. I was shocked! This proved a radical turning point for me, and I hastily closed my account and parted ways. Such a shame!

Smooth service.

We are CONSISTENTLY getting reports of phishing and it has just recently started happening when Mediaserve sold to HOST PMA. Our website provider is doing everything they can, but it is TERRIBLE at the amount of complaints we have been getting since your company sold!

Excellent tech support. They stepped up and helped me handle a problem I was having. I appreciate them.

This is real American customer service with decades of reputation behind it, not some cheap imitation from overseas.

No call in number at all. .No one took the time to call even after many requests for assistance.

Mediaserve always provides great service. If we have an issue they right on top of getting it solved. They always provide us with great care.

I've been building websites for years and media serve is one of the best low cost options for hosting out there. I rarely publish any of my websites, mostly using them as a place to keep study notes. It's nice to have a low cost option like media serve provides.

Customer Service

I moved my web page to Mediaserve because they were recommended by Cancelthiscompany.com to be a USA based Company that isn’t WOKE.
I moved my page from a Canadian based Company, HOSTPAPA, that can no longer be trusted. Everything went extra smooth and Mediaserve’s Customer Service was very thorough. As a Conservative Independent, the fact that Mediaserve is based in Tennessee, a good Conservative State, makes me feel extra confident that I won’t be screwed over.

MediaServe was incredibly helpful with my account, managing questions I had, and setting me up to get my freelance work started. Thanks so much!

I needed a new host and was really happy to find this company. I got all the customer support I needed to get started, and they transferred over all my websites. It was a fast transition. Also, their control panel is far superior to cPanel and if I knew that before, I'd have made the switch long ago!

MediaServe and William are amazing! Since I've had my websites with them there has been zero downtime and zero issues that a quick chat with William can't resolve. I love that they are a free speech host and that they have lots of great tools enabled that are developer friendly.
