I received product no problem. I was unable though to try it on until 3-4wks after needing to use it and had ensured to measure my neck circumference to avoid any issues with sizing. After trying it on and having it be no where near fitting (way too small) despite my measurements falling within the size guide, I immediately emailed Medi Australia only to be told that there is nothing they can do because it falls outside of the 2wk return policy. It is in perfect condition with all in tact packaging but of no use to my neck.

Excellent quality products, tights and compression stockings were purchased. Delivered with great packaging. Would like to see the tights in colours and for short folk.

A good choice of items to choose from.
Unfortunately, the downside is very slow service and delivery when you need something urgently.

I have been using knee bands from 8 years for my sports(cricket) due to ligament reconstruction. I used genumedi plus with straps now.. Frankly speaking it still comes down and doesn't stabilises on the knee..
I would say still a lot of work left to make it more robust. Having said that it is extremely useful for stabilisation during sports and hence using it from 8 years 🙂

Delivery was quite slow.
Product was not as described. Below knee purchased. Packaging indicated below knee. Product was definitely above knee when opened and tried on.

Straight forward professional easy to use service

I bought the toe-less , knee high stockings. Length of foot was good - other brand I've purchased in the past were too short in the foot and uncomfortable underfoot. Compression of calf up to knee was just right. I've only tried one pair so far

Great product, shipping good as well

I made errors in sizing and had to return items for exchange. They were wonderful about what was my mistake and have cheerfuly arranged an exchange. Very courteous to deal with. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Received back brace which was way, way too large and not usable (we did measure). Immediately responded in May, now near the end of June and still no response. Like all company's there immediately for a sale, nowhere to be seen when the service is poor.
