I have worked with MediBillMD since March 2025, and my experience has been consistently positive. Any issues that arise are addressed promptly, typically within the same day. We hold biweekly meetings with MediBillMD, led by Dave Zachary, who keeps me well informed regarding billing matters, including the number of claims submitted, processed, and paid. He also ensures I am aware of any denied claims, and we work collaboratively to resolve them efficiently. This team-based approach ensures claims are handled accurately and promptly, and we will continue to recommend MediBillMD.

This company has cost us thousands in time and delays. They told us we were in network, when we were not with MULTIPLE insurance carriers. We took on those patients only to find out months later that we were NOT in network. It has been a nightmare and we have had to take it all on ourselves now to fix what they have done. I don't know who these other reviewers are, but they couldn't have been using Medibill. We started in the spring with them and its December - passed open enrollment - and we are still trying to get it completed. Do not trust Onique when he says you are credentialed, ask for the contract and proof of their correspondence. Even ref#'s were fabricated. I can't warn strongly enough to say away fro this company.

Incompetent and Misleading Credentialing Company!!!!!

Our company started the credentialing process with MediBill in January, under a contract stating completion within 60–120 days. It’s now almost 300 days later, and the process is still incomplete.

There is a total lack of organization, accountability, and transparency. Onique, the manager who claims to oversee our credentialing, could not provide any proof of progress during a meeting specifically about our delays. When asked to pull it up on his computer, he admitted he couldn’t and said he needed to “check with the team.”

We’ve had to personally call every payor to get real updates and even resend documents that MediBill claimed were submitted. Despite all this, they still have our money for credentialing and continue to act as if nothing is wrong.

So don’t let them tell you “we’re working on it” or that “you’re in network” — demand proof and follow up weekly. We’ve lost thousands of dollars and months of progress because of this company’s incompetence.

Beware before using MediBill. Their lack of urgency, communication, and professionalism can cost your business dearly.

We contracted with Medibill for 6 months but ended up bringing services in-house due to state regulations. Working with Urik was very pleasant and he was always quick to communicate. For the purposes of VFD, Medibill was sufficient.

MediBill has been fantastic. They have been flexible to my unique billing needs. Marshall has been especially wonderful to work with.

Working with MedibillMD has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our goal was to complete credentialing within 90 to 120 days, and thanks to their efficiency and expertise, we were fully credentialed in just around 90 days.

I was new to the credentialing world. Onique had everything set up very quickly. Aaron took over shortly after. Aaron kept in contact with insurance companies weekly and helped with things that would be difficult for me to do. Overall, a good experience.

Simon Nixon was professional, timely and was able to secure my 7 contracts in 8 weeks. I would use him and MedibillMD again and have already recommend them to my colleagues. Even after the contracts were secure, he is still able to answer my followup questions quickly and concisely.

I am a clinical psychologist who has worked in higher education settings for 27 years. I am transitioning into private practice and needed help setting up my credentialing. Aaron and the team at MediBill have been top-notch at getting contracts set up. They are quick and attentive to detail.

I’m a single-provider nurse practitioner running my own practice. When I launched my business about 10 months ago, I originally tried to handle billing myself. If you’re a solo provider looking for dependable, professional billing support, I highly recommend Medibill.

MedibillMD has been awesome since I started working with them! They have been responsive and helpful with all my questions and worked super fast on getting me credentialed! Onique, Simon, Adam and Zak were the best and made all of this so easy!

These guys are good and professional!! Onique Elrod and Monty were easy to reach and readily responded to any questions throughout the credentialing process!

Absolutely TERRIBLE place to get credentialed. We are over 6 months in and still haven't even been submitted to some of the insurance companies we requested, have paid out of pocket to resend the same application MULTIPLE times to the same company because they have literally no clue what they are doing. When we ask for updates, it is literally "we will look into it". This place is 100% a scam, please save your new or established practice the headache and choose better. They are cheap for a reason, and that reason is gross incompetence.

This group demonstrates excellent communication, punctual responses, attention to deadlines, and professionalism. They saved my business after Michigan medical billing compromised insurance payments to the extent, I nearly had to close the service; a service depended on by my rural community, veterans, families, and other community services.

I have avoided using a billing company for 10years, but after reading the reviews, I decided to try MediBillMD. I was still fairly skeptical, but have been pleasantly surprised. I have my own direct contact, Zack Keller, who works directly with my company and he has been beyond helpful! He is always quick to reply, very professional, responsive, and has been able to answer all my questions. They also assign someone to guide the onboarding process. We have Alex Walker and he has also be wonderfully helpful and responsive. The onboarding process does take a little bit, but they provide a timeline and are able to make sure things are moving in the right direction. Wish I would have taken this leap years ago.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Urik's support. He has been incredibly supportive and professional throughout our collaboration. Urik consistently helps with scheduling in a timely and thoughtful manner, and he always communicates clearly. I also appreciate that he reliably sends updates or notices regarding clients.

I have tried doing credentialing myself for acunpture clinic & wasted a lot time researching & hopping through different process from regualar medical office. Struggling for almost 4 months without result. I turned to MediBillMD after interviewing a few & I am happy of this decision.

Medibillmd has been very responsive in handling our credentialing for 3 offices. They stay in contact and communicate with you on a regular basis.
