I have done my Beard Transplant which was amazing experience. Operation was difficult but Doctor and Hair Specialists were made it easy for me. So overall experience is good and now Im waiting fo my best result to come.

My case manager was John and he was great. Communicative through the whole process.

October 11 I had a ht by Medical Center Turkey in Istanbul. Offcourse it’s still too early for the result, but I have experienced the procedure, guidance and contact as very pleasant. Special thanks to Çan for the extra care he gave.

In a few months i’ll give a result follow up.

I came to Turkey for Hair Transplant Procedure and I had an anxiety of unknown but as soon as I met my case manager Can Ozdemir, at airport, He made me so comfortable from giving all the informations to pick ups and drop offs from airport to Hotel to Clinic. He stayed with me the clinic all through out the procedure as well as post procedure follow ups. Staff at Medical Center Turkey is extremely professional and kind. I would recommend anyone this place without any hesitations especially Can Ozdemir is an asset to the company and I hope he is well compensated for the work and passion he puts in to his work and he takes his work very seriously. I am very satisfied with the Medical Center hair transplant procedure I had in July 2022. Everything from the beginning to the end was satisfactory, Can Özdemir my case manager picked me up at airport and took me to my accommodation, next day had my evaluation and then the procedure was done in a professional way. After that I had no complications whatsoever, I started healing right away and now my hair is growing.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. My Case manager Can was amazing to work with and very kind and supportive. I travelled alone but he made me feel at ease through my duration in Istanbul. I was very skeptical on going abroad to do the surgery but if you are seriously considering getting any surgery done then this is a great company to pick out as they will ensure you are offered the best service. My rhinoplasty went smoothly and I am very happy with how my nose is looking now. I am excited to see what it will look like when the swelling goes down in the next few months!

As someone who was discharged from the hospital yesterday afternoon, I wanted to share my views.
During the 8 days I was in Istanbul, nurses, doctors and my case manager John took care of us so well that I was very, very satisfied. All of them are smiling, compassionate and careful. My operation was successful, I had very little pain and I had the opportunity to visit Istanbul, and all of them were covered with a very small amount. I am very happy with the results, I will definitely recommend it to my friends and I can even come again.

I am writing this, to appreciate excellent services provided by Mr. Can Ozdemir during my (and my wife) stay for Hair Transplant in Istanbul, Turkey.

His communication skills and positivity of his attitude, are remarkable character of his personality, toward his professionalism, and he was the reason I came to “Medical Center Turkey” for hair transplant.

Mr. Can Ozdemir handled everything amicably from our arrival to Istanbul and departure.

For our stay in Istanbul, his guidelines on every aspect were very useful, including; post care of hair transplant, currency exchange, dealing with taxi, shopping, visiting historic places and foods.

His patience are commendable, while being with us for shopping and tour to historic places. I would say Mr. Can Ozdemir possess all the qualities to handle a complete stranger to maximum comfortable level.

He possess the ability to resolve a situation amicably. His efficiency being on time for every event is noticeable to be admired.

Everything was fine only taking grafts from my scalp was more painful than I supposed. Mr Can Ozdemir was very helpful during all the time and not only regarding hair transplantation but he tried to show me more from Instanbul city as well.

My experience was overall great! I had a few complications along the way, but the company and their representatives did their very best to make adjustments and fix any issues I had.

Jan was my case handler and made everything so much easier. He was so friendly, nice, and informative. He also translated due to my lack of Turkish.

I had some issues regarding anesthesia and such, but they did their best to keep me as comfortable as possible throughout the process.

I did have some pain complications the night right after my operation and just wish I had some better painkillers, but that is really about it.

As I said, had some complications with the hotel and the procedure, none to the fault of the company, however they still helped me out tremendously.

They were all very informative and provides me with everything I need.

This company is very professional and reasonable. I highly recommend them for any procedure.

I first contacted them via email and got answers to all my questions.

We agreed on a hair transplant date and I went to Istanbul.

At the airport I was picked up by Jan who drove me to the hotel and the next day to the hospital and the next day after that to the Hospital again and after the last visit at the hospital a tour around Istanbul to look around. On the last day, I was again picked up from the hotel and driven to the airport by Jan.

Jan was very helpful and nice. This was a good experience, should I have surgery in Turkey again, I will choose the same company and case manager Jan.
