Scam - haven't received anything
Pay 50, for express delivery but got nothing. No response over email or Whatsapp. Absolute scam and I am giving up on all hope of getting the certificate. Save yourself some grief and save your money.

Absolutely seamless and excellent service, very fast review and issuing of medical note by a qualified registered UK GMC doctor.
The cost and service is also the best compared to the competitors.

Real legit website
I saw much negative feedback so I was a bit skeptical but the team replied and answer the email right away, I got my sick note the day I requested it. It was fast, highly recommend for anyone who wants to get their sick note from home, this website is legit as of now 3 may 2025 the service was brilliant.

Orderd certificate not received anything says on website same day delivery but gave it another day no reply via online message or whats app reporting to bank and getting money back

Took four days to get certificate and don’t respond to any messages
Took four days to get certificate. Really hard to contact tried WhatsApp where it says ‘drs online now’ no response at all to several messages. Had to use a different company in the end as taking so long where I got my certificate within four hours.

Save your time and money. Don’t bother- communication is appalling.
Took 3 days but eventually got a cert. Very slow to respond to emails/attempts to contact them.
Edit…contacted them about changing an error in the certificate. Took 5 days to get a response then was told they’d get it fixed by the end of the day…no response. Last time they responded it was due to a 1 star review that they then asked me to amend or remove after offering a free cert for the delays that was blamed on the system sending it and me not receiving it… Am still waiting now 16 days after for the correction. Don’t bother. Not worth the hassle go somewhere else and save your self the trouble and the money.
