medino Reviews

My second Medino order and my second review for Medino—this is truly an amazing, professional company. With so many dodgy online chemists out there selling questionable products, alongside the scourge of fake and "paid-for" reviews, it is a massive relief to find a company you can actually trust. Medino's partnership with the NHS and their massive volume of genuine, highly rated feedback proves they are the real deal.I safely ordered my first 0.25mg Wegovy starter injection here, and the experience was so seamless that I returned to order my 0.50mg follow-up injection with total confidence.

Their medical safety and prescription verification process is exceptionally fast, professional, and secure. Add to that the price which was not only the lowest I could find, after weeks of research, but the prices remain low as you increase the dose whereas other companies really ramp up the price after the lowest does ( watch out for that with other company pricing.)

Furthermore, their delivery is absolute Gold Standard—the free, First Class next-day delivery is incredibly fast. Having taken photos of the packaging myself, I can attest to how impeccably secure and perfectly temperature-controlled the cooling packs are, ensuring the medication arrives completely safe and chilled. Combined with the lowest, most competitive pricing I could find, they truly understand excellent customer service. They absolutely deserve my five-star rating if not more, 10/10

It is easy to navigate the website and the varied range of products. Ordering was quick and straightforward, and prices very competitive. Received order, free of delivery charges, in 36 hours.

Good price and astonishing speedy delivery

Good price quick delivery

Easy and efficient, you feel that you are being assessed and when accepted the process to receive your medication was quick and easy.

Excellent. Quick delivery, great prices.

I’ve pulled muscles in my stomach and I’m quite a lot of pain. When I went onto the medino website it said if I ordered within 6 mins my item would be dispatched the same day. I placed my order paying for express next day delivery and I was shocked when I got an email at 8:10pm saying my item had been dispatched. That was less than 15 mins after I placed my order. I received my order the very next day. They were extremely quick and efficient which is what I needed. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Easy to use website, prices competitive. Item well packaged and dispatched quickly and post office tracked. Excellent service, thank you.....

I used to have a good experience with Medino, but unfortunately my recent interaction has completely changed my opinion.

I placed an order for a prescription medication, but Medino refused to supply it because I intended to follow a different dosing schedule from their standard recommendation. My reasoning was based on wanting to minimise the potential risk of side effects, but rather than discussing my concerns or reviewing my circumstances, they simply cancelled my entire order.

I understand that pharmacies have clinical protocols to follow, but it is disappointing that a customer’s individual circumstances and preferences cannot be considered. I was purchasing the medication with my own money and taking responsibility for my treatment decisions, yet I was effectively told that I must follow Medino’s preferred approach or my order would be refused.

What is also frustrating is that cancelling customer orders like this does not resolve anything — it simply pushes customers towards competitors who may offer a more flexible and understanding service.

Medino used to provide a reliable and customer-focused experience, but this situation has left me disappointed. A better approach would have been to have a conversation with the customer and explain the concerns, rather than immediately refusing the order and cancelling everything.

Fast and accurate service. Pricing was really good as well. Ticked all the boxes. Thanks Medino

Here’s a punchier version:

Excellent service from Merino.

Easy-to-use website, stock available, dispatched within minutes, and arrived early the next day.

Couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommended!

I am a first-time user of Medino, and I am very happy with the excellent service I received.
The fast delivery to my door, the packaging, and the product.
I shall use this Company again and again

Vitamins I wanted were on offer and very quick delivery!

Unhelpful support staff / pharmacist. Rude responses over the phone. Sales to this pharmacy is promoted by Klarna. Do not ever place order with them, refund is equally delayed.

Professional, fast service!

Excellent all round. Lots of choice, ease of ordering, fast delivery.

Absolutely fantastic service. Great prices and arrived very very quickly and well packaged.

Very pleased that Medino provided all my requests and promptly. The order process was clear and straightforward.

Excellent communication, competitive pricing, and very reliable. Thank you!
