Terrible communication…
Your emails are very extremely confusing. You pay for an item and them you get billed again after you have paid for it. You get the notice to pay again even after you get an email stating it has been shipped I don't know if the item is paid for or not. A doctor asked me for a reference in Canada and I told him you very ok on price but flat terrible on communication in your emails.

Takes a while to get the product
The product took a little longer than last time to get to me. We leave for the summer and I was thinking I might not get it before I go. All is well. I hope the price doesn't go up again. All in all, I’m pretty satisfied with this connection.

I had ordered lifetime delivery I my previous order. When ordering this time I did not see that option in my refill information. I called the 800#. The staff completed my refill order including the free delivery. Staff was very responsive.

Synjardy via Turkey OOS & No Refund
03-17-2025 Synjardy was ordered thru Meds engage Inc. via Turkey. Money was debited from checking BEFORE product was shipped, only to find that product in Turkey is no longer available. 03-30-2025 order was cancelled. 04-02-2025 requested refund for this cancelled order. This company refuses to refund, giving me excuses after excuses. Custome service personnel have a poor capacity of the English language making this task more difficult. This company should be removed from the Pharmacy Checker list of companies. Be wary!
