Don't even think about doing business with these people. They are preying on your desperation for quick and safe weight loss.

There is no refund policy, period.

Getting out of your contract is like trying to get out of a timeshare.

When I complained that the medication that I was prescribed was completely ineffective they claimed it would be reviewed by a qualified individual. No one ever contacted me or followed up. They just went ahead and filled the prescription. When I asked what was going on they flat out lied and said my prescription has been adjusted accordingly. When pressed for specifics no actual changes had been made.

They sent it to the pharmacy, expecting me just to take another month's worth of ineffective treatment, So wouldn't have to eat the cost of not caring enough to follow up.

After many phone calls and completely losing all confidence and trust, I decided to cancel my prescription.

Trying to cancel the prescription is like going to a timeshare seminar, they will talk endlessly, escalate and repeat until they can wear you out and you give up. At the final boss level, I was told flat out. They stopped honoring a refund policy long ago. Despite the fact that if you check out their website, the refund policy says "The only thing you have to lose is your weight"

Also, be aware that they use compounding pharmacies. Look into the controversy of compounding pharmacies making glp drugs and decide for yourself.

Treatment ineffective in my case and they were unconcerned.

I researched over 10 sites and settled for Medvi. Once I completed questions I was given 3 options for Gpl1's. I chose Trizepetide monthly and for my first time was given a $100 discount. Total should have been 299.01. I was charged $399.01 three times. Thankfully, my bank wouldn't let it go through. Do I feel this company is scamming? Absolutely!!! I called immediately and had my money refunded and subscription canceled. Customer Service could care less that any of it happened. Please save yourself the worry and headache and DON'T order from MEDVI, no matter what you read from paid promoters.

The product was supposed to arrive Feb 13. It's refrigerated and for that reason sent overnight. It's the 15th and still nothing. FedEx has been unresponsive. Zero info. So I called and asked for a replacement or a refund. They declined both. This company is unethical and reading these other reviews I'm glad I found this out before spending more. I have reported fraud to my bank and have contacted the FDA with a complaint.

This is a scam. They will charge you for tirzepitide and then say you qualify for semaglutide. There is a significant difference in cost. They will not acknowledge this. Do not do business with this company.

Charged me $900 after I told them to cancel. Marginally effective drug but I requested to cancel after three months and they charged me anyway. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. scam alert!

Buyer beware! They offered me tirzepatide@199 a month (that’s how they market it). After the first month I place a re-order and got billed for $399. They told me that the first was an introductory price to “introduce” the product. I got no notice of the new price until after I renewed and was charged. RIPOFF!! Don’t use them!

The medicine did not work on me. I did not lose 1 pound on top of that. It made my arm break out and a serious rash. They agreed to give me a refund, but then changed their mind and denied it. I recommend do not use MEDVi for weight loss medicine. The only thing that I lost was $600.
