Cool glasses BUT
The glasses are fine, but they took far longer to arrive than what was quoted when I ordered. Their suggestion - is always just wait longer. Because of the time difference, emails were always received at night, then you had to wait an entire day to get a reply.
They took so long to arrive that I requested a refund - to which they just didn’t reply.

Dear customer, we are full of remorse to know that your shopping experience with us was not good. Our logistics is giving customers a big headache. A massive delay across the US Customs is the incident beyond our control since it is a Federal Agency. And we are aware of that. We are now working on the improvement of the shipment tracking system in the hope that we can monitor each parcel and notify the customer if any anomaly (e.g. delay, return) is detected. We are more than willing to assist you with this case. However, we cannot locate your order with the information provided. We encourage you to contact us at +1 (302) 240-9966 or by email at support@meeloog.com with the order number. We are eager to resolve this matter to your satisfaction and hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you. Have a nice day.
Très bonne surprise!!
J’ai reçu ma commande très rapidement, contenant exactement ce que j’ai commandé et je suis ravie! Je ne savais pas à m’attendre avec un achat en ligne et finalement je suis très agréablement surprise de la qualité des produits!

I love the glasses,the color the style…
I love the glasses, the color the style but the reason for a 4 and not a 5. The glass lenses are very large, I have a small face so they don't look good on me. I'm a little disappointed because I like everything else about the glasses.

The online ordering easy to navigate…
The online ordering was easy to navigate and convenient. When the glasses arrived they are very lightweight but sturdy. The prescription is exact and I love how the glasses fit my face.
I’m waiting on my second pair to arrive.
Love them

Recent experience
As usual, Meeloog has been a fantastic company to do business with. I have ordered several pairs of progressive lens glasses and only one item needed to be replaced - no issues whatsoever. It came right to my home within 5 days. I highly recommend Meeloog to anyone looking for good quality and good service.

My glasses are perfect!
My glasses are perfect. I usually need to have the fit adjusted. Not this time. I have a complicated prescription too. I chose transitions polorized lenses and they're great! Ordering online couldn't be easier. And I'm 68 yo and not too computer savvy. They arrived in approximately 2 weeks. Not bad at all especially if saving over 200.dollars. Thank you, Meeloog!
