Once I'd found a payment option that worked (1x MasterCard and 1x Visa weren't accepted, worked with the 2nd Visa card, for whatever reason), delivery was fast, product was just as expected. The website is easy to navigate and the overall experience (aside from a confusing few minutes while trying to check out) was good. Would definitely purchase Harmony products again.

My dog was slipping on his back leg's, took him to two separate vets for x rays they said incurable and gave me tramadol for him.He has been on harmony premium CBD oil only for over a year and he is back to normal running about. Amazing stuff.

I am undiagnosed ADHD, well some have been saying. I read up online that CBD oil can help with some symptoms. I find that the CBD vape oil is brilliant in just relaxing me, when I feel a little too overwhelmed or anxious. Definitely a great brand. Will buy again.

Unbelievably long delivery from Germany to Finland (2,5 weeks)!
The company claims to send your order on next business day, but it took them a WEEK to send a parcel.
I contacted support and they LIED that the parcel was already sent:
"Your order was dispatched on 26th of September. You can track your delivery here, using the tracking number: ****. Unfortunately, the courier seems to have missed a scan, or the parcel is on its way to Finland and that is why the link does not have any update. This does not mean that the order is lost or has not started its journey to you. It is very likely that the link will be updated once it reaches the next scan point."

I will just post the tracking history here and let you judge if the "courier seems to have missed a scan" or if the seller did not send a parcel on time.
As you can see, they uploaded shipping information to the post, and only after a week the parcel was picked up for delivery

There was an issue with delays with the delivery company and Emily from Meet Harmony got in touch with me as she noticed that my package hadn't moved or had any updates for a week or so.
She asked that we give it another couple of days and if there was still no movement she would send a replacement. There was no update and before I even got back on to Emily she emailed me to tell me she had already sent the replacement along with a discount for a future purchase for the inconvenience (even though it wasn't Meet Harmony's fault!).
I received the replacement within a couple of days and Emily was in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, which it was.
Emily was ever so polite, helpful and informative and is a credit to her company. I will definitely be using and recommending Meet Harmony going forward 🙂

Fantastic product, I purchased the cbd pure base and add it to all my vape juice bottles, about 40 drops in each 100ml bottle and it works beautifully, I have halved the stresses of everyday life, my aches and pains are far more manageable and the product came the next day, I strongly recommend these products to anyone looking for a great way to ease stress, help sleep and remove the aches and pains from a hard days work.

Its been a stressfull few months Harmony has helped me cope so thankyou.
Would recommend especially the pure base works well with my e liquid when vaping.
