Over the past 10 years, I've enjoyed working with the pleasant and professional people at Meeting Tomorrow. In my dealings with them, I have found them to be very thorough in their planning and execution of the jobs entrusted to them. Throughout the process they are in continual communication and attending to every detail. But the main reason I like working with them is I like the people, plane and simple.

We work/ subcontract with many av rental companies. Meeting Tomorrow is the one company who is consistent with customer first policies, such as several checks and re checks regarding quality, up dated equipment and timely set up. They have a system that, from start to finish and up until the follow through, benefits the client immensely. You can trust your event to this company.

We have been working with MT for a while now and never had any problems. The logistics team makes sure to execute a flawless event from beginning to end. After every event they follow up with all parties involved to assure satisfaction on all ends. If there is any issues the MT team is on it until it's resolved. Follow up calls and surveys are executed immediately after event end to ensure situation like these don't happen again. Fortunately problems are very rare with a team like MT.

I've worked with Meeting Tomorrow as an independent contractor for almost six years. I'm still impressed with how far out of their way they'll go to ensure their clients and contractors have what they need to succeed on site. Unlike other companies, I never have to hesitate to ask them for whatever additional tools (literally or figuratively) that I may need to help meet our clients' expectations. Everyone from the sales staff to the fulfillment coordinators to the great team in the shop are all on the same page when it comes to listening to their technicians and finding ways to accommodate the needs of each and every job.

Meeting Tomorrow makes every transaction a breeze! Our most recent transaction was the rental of several iPads for an event, and though it sounds like it should be a simple process, with Meeting Tomorrow it truly is! From experience, I know that's not so with other companies. Meeting Tomorrow sends us equipment on time, checks to make sure they were delivered, gives me a single point of contact to call with questions, and all deliveries arrive in a plastic case with sticker return labels. I don't even have to go looking for tape!!! At the end of a long event the last thing I want to do is hassle with the return of equipment and with Meeting Tomorrow I know this will never be an issue. Hands down, I recommend Meeting Tomorrow for all rental needs - they're the easiest part of the process before, during, and after an event!

Customer service is very helpful in adjusting to your needs. Any equipment issues we did have were quickly and easily fixed.
