All was good for the exception they didn’t show up for drop off!

What made my experience great was the customer service. I had never been to Charlotte and the woman who helped me was helpful with directions, reminding me to fill up with gas, and she and the shuttle driver were supportive when I thought I might be late getting the car back before you closed. They were both polite and genuine.

Waited a loooong time for pickup at airport. Had only one car left, a Corolla. Insisted that it was a mid-size car, that was what I paid for. Low tire light was on and there was no USB port in car to charge phone.

Everything was good when we arrived to the business. Great customer service and fast. However when we returned the shuttle van had no air conditioning it was HORRIBLE. That five minute ride to the airport was terrible no air and my grandson literally had to change his shirt once we arrived to the airport. No one should ever adore anything like that. When we complained the drive just said sorry 😞

The customer need to be informed by email that if you don’t take the insurance that this company offer , one must downloaded the insurance information.
I’ve rented cars for years and I never had to download insurance information.
When I attempted to download my insurance information, it wasn’t coming up. I’m insured with AAA….
I was disappointed because the car reservation was for a certain time . I left the rental car establishment 1 1/2 later due to trying to download the insurance information .
I inquired with the receptionist if the time for the rental car started when I received the keys. The lady told me that she couldn’t change the time in the computer.
I was very disappointed with this company.

I wasn't given the 10% off as promised for my reservation. I was tolded when I went to pick up my rental that there was a 500. Deposit. The car looked.like someone had just dropped it off. It needed to be cleaned. When I returned the car, I asked when would the hold be lifted on my deposit. I was then told 7 to 14 business days. Not to mention that the staff was not the friendliest. Customer service skills were lacking.

Attentive, Courteous, and explained in detail the companies process. Reviewed details and ensured I received my receipts.

Easy to pick up car. Car we received was clean and in great condition. Drop off was also super easy and convenient for the airport. Would recommend!

When we called for a pick-up at the airport we were told that the van was already on its way! That's service!
This is a small business compared to the big name car rental agencies. But they gave us excellent and personalized service. We've rented from those big name companies before, but we did enjoy supporting this small, local business.

Good price... service was good. Courtesy van and the driver were excellent. At first glance the location looks a bit sketchy but had no issues. A better sign on Wilkinson Rd would be a big help.

Very easy check in and checkout process. Friendly, no extra/hidden charges. Will rent from again.
