При пристигането ми в клиниката на 7 април, трябваше да заплатя определената сума за лечението ми, да подпиша куп документи на неразбираем за мен език, от които така и не получих копие. Чак след това ми извадиха зъбите и поставиха импланти.
Въпреки, че няколко пъти преди пристигането ми в клиниката ме уверяваха, че през цялото време ще имам преводач на български, такъв не ми беше осигурен!
Никой не ми обясняваше какво се случва.
За второто ми посещение през октомври, упорито се избягваше въпросът ми за преводач. В последния момент ме уведомиха, че престоят ми няма да е 8 дни (7 нощувки), а 10. В последствие, казаха, че трябва да е 12. Аз съм работещ човек и нямаше как да получа толкова отпуск. Разбрахме се, че мога да остана 10 дни.
Пристигнах на 20 октомври. Стаята в хотела, в който ме настаниха, беше мизерна, воняща на цигари. Банята беше в плачевно състояние.
Поисках смяна на хотела и ми казаха, че трябва да си доплатя, защото лимитът бил 30 долара. А в офертата им се споменаваше хотел 3 звезди, не и цена на нощувка. Въпреки това се съгласих и се преместих. На следващия ден ми звъннаха от рецепцията и ме уведомиха, че трябва да напусна хотела, тъй като бил пълен. Общо взето за 10 дни смених 4 хотела, като за 7 нощувки трябваше да доплащам, а останалите две си ги платих изцяло.
При отварянето на имплантите изпитвах много болки, но отказаха да ми сложат обезболяваща инжекция ( каквато ми направиха при първото посещение), но ме изпратиха в другата им клиника, където си заплатих инжекцията с ампула, която си купих.
От общо 10 дневния ми престой, 5 дни никой нищо не правеше и аз стоях и си губех времето. В последния момент се направиха пробните мостове, а постоянните зъби ми бяха поставени на 29 октомври, 3-4 часа преди да отпътувам за България.
По същия начин подписвах документи, които не разбирам и от които нямам копия.
На 25 ноември им писах, че имам тъпи болки в горната челюст, разстоянието между венеца и горния мост е доста голямо и пространството се пълни с храна. Също така, от едната страна мостът е пробит и се вижда върха на импланта.
Поискаха панорамна рентгенова снимка и снимка на пробития мост. Изпратих им ги, но повече не ми отговориха. Писах отново, изпратих и имейл, като прикачих и снимките. Все още нямам отговор.
Междувременно се консултирах с други двама имплантолози, които са на едно мнение. А именно, че на пръв поглед има един имплант, който е проблемен, проблемен синус, счупен (пробит) горен мост и като цяло мостове, които много скоро ще паднат. Но докато не се свалят мостовете, няма как да се разбере дали няма още проблеми.
Съветът ми към клиниката е да наблегнат на здравето на пациентите, а не на печалбата на всяка цена. Нека не лъжат и не обещават нещо, което няма да изпълнят. При изготвянето на оферти да бъдат ясни и коректни кое и какво точно покрива тази оферта и какво не покрива.
Съвет към хората, насочили се за дентално лечение в Турция- много внимателно и обстойно проучвайте клиниките и специалистите в тях, преди да изберете!

Wenn man zu einer Behandlung in ein fremdes Land bzw. Stadt wie Istanbul fährt, hat man schon etwas gemachte Gefühle ob das eine gute Entscheidung war. dieses Gefühl wurde aber schon durch den sehr höflichen und netten Fahrer der mich nicht nur vom Flughafen sondern auch jeden Tag zur Zahnbehandlung gefahren hat gemildert. Es ging direkt zur Klinik wo ich von meinem Betreuer Kerim sehr herzhaft empfangen wurde. Nach 10 Minuten ging es dann schon mit dem Röntgen und der ersten Untersuchung los. Obwohl es bei mir Komplikationen gäbe, da meine Zähne in einem weit schlimmeren Zustand waren als erwartet, wurde sofort eine alternative Behandlung besprochen und ein neues faires Angebot erstellt. Alle Mitarbeiter und mein behandelnder Arzt sind sehr fürsorglich mit mir umgegangen. die schwierige Behandlung wurde sehr professionell und so schmerzfrei wie möglich durchgeführt. We are a couple who recently visited Megadentist Istanbul-Şişli from the US to complete some root canal and Zirconium Crown procedures.

Hamda Mohamed was our Medical Consultant from Megadentist. She was great for accommodating our connection to the clinic, hotel, transportations and follow-ups.

We initially had a bad experience at the clinic specifically for our zirconium crown procedures and in fact delayed our flight twice to fix that issue. However, Dr. Ali Onur Saydam came back to the clinic from abroad, redesigned new ones and then resolved the problem. We were very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and quality service we received from Dr. Saydam. He’s the best!!

Perfect start and was complete 1 day earlier than expected. Also received temp caps to help with appearance and sensitivity. Communication was fantastic and the hotel was 3-5 min walk from clinic.

The clinic was very clean and everyone was professional, polite, very helpful and friendly.
