Best experience ever
We had the best experience ever. From not having the guitar we wanted in a specific colour to ordering it and hoping to receive it 2 to 3 weeks, we got it in less than a week. Who ever we spoke to was so lovely, helpful and kind. Shout out to Jo and David.

Great customer service & highly recommended.
Customer service provided by Joe was great. We bought a second-hand guitar from Brisbane. Our first purchase with MegaMusic, and lthough there was some issues with the guitar, nevertheless, Joe was able to rectify them in a timely and satisfactory manner. He also kept us up to date with the delivery process.

Went to the Wangara store to get a monitor speaker shown on your website as in stock- it wasn’t. However a very helpful staff member called Myaree and confirmed they had one. They set it aside for me. It would be helpful to stay on top of stock levels and locations.
