Ordered Big Bends nut sauce online because your website had it in stock. Paid for express post to get it within a week. Nothing. Sent 2 emails, nothing. Found the same product in stock in Sydney a week later. Waited another week - no answer to emails, no order posted, so i cancelled. Terrible service, won’t deal with you again

Wonderful customer service
Had a website glitch, and when I called them up, the girl on the phone was kind, patient and very helpful
And my package, although the was a hitch at the beginning because of the website, was delievered and the company was very good at sending me a timely invoice, tracking number and updates on my parcel
It arrived with no damage, and was exactly as the website described and photos showed.

Just how a music store should be
Just how a music store should be: cool place, cool people (and knowledgeable), you can touch and try anything you fancy. There is lots and lots of stuff; so orientating yourself is possible and especially fun. They’re great to work with and open to making deals. I’ve been going there for the last 20yrs; they haven’t let me down.
