Opened an account with Megaways Casino this morning, deposited £10. Played a bit, had to deposit another £10, to withdraw £9.51, as minimum withdrawal is £10. So account is now holding £19.51. Received an email about an hour later saying withdrawal unsuccessful, money returned to account. Go back to my account, to find it’s been closed. Rang their customer services who say my funds have been voided, without any clear reason. So basically, they’ve stolen my money. Now have to waste my time recovering money through my bank, and report them to the police and gaming commission. Avoid at all costs, and all Gamesys sister sites, Jackpot Joy, Monopoly, Rainbow Riches etc. They’re crooks.

I've just spent £500 on its fabulous slot "Eye of Horus Megaways" where I was treated to 20 & 80 pence wins occasionally and I'd only spent £100. The only thing was they were very occasional, maybe 10 or so of them. Undeterred, I carried on and eventually got the bonus up 4 times. Unfortunately none of them occurred until after I'd spent £300. In order I won £6, £10, £8 and then a huge and fabulous £37!!!
I realised my luck was in and spent a further £200. But I recognised the spins and realised the machine's cycle had come full circle and it was back to paying out pence not pounds. One fascinating fact. The bonus symbols during the bonus game also act as wilds during the base game and plenty of them appear in the base game but they're always one reel out and hardly ever affect the wins. However, and this is the fascinating part, during the bonus free spins round you need them to add free spins and reach the high paying symbols but they suddenly disappear from the reels and you're lucky if you see three of them during the 12 free spins which means you only receive a small payout usually (hence my wins of £6, £8 and £10).

My partner opened an account with them and didn’t have the funds to play so I kindly deposited money for her with my payment method. She won £1000 on the pirates slot game but when she withdrew they closed the account and refused to pay the winnings due to a 3rd party payment method been used. She confirmed that it was her partner that gave her funds and sent proof of payment method and even offered to speak on the phone to confirm this. They weren’t interested and said this can’t be overturned and stopped communicating. Honestly people stay away I wish id read the reviews first before letting her open an account with this site

I won a hundred and eighty pounds so I made a withdrawal on that and yesterday I made a withdrawal and it was in my bank within a hour but this winnings today has still not gone in fair enough they did say it could take 24 hours but I checked the progress and it says pending but on Monday my balance will be a hundred and eighty pounds it's wrong that I have to wait that long. They closed the account without any information. They are scammers. At first, they let you win, and then if you deposit more than you win, they close your account. Based on the law they introduced.

Never joined this site and never will.i always read reviews before joining a casino. Maybe join me by using a key tool in fighting dodgy casinos and always read the fudging reviews. Come on people let's fight this crime together....

It seemed a good site to begin allowed me to deposit and play, won a bit and appeared to be fine until I randomly attempted to log into my account to be told it was closed. It turns out I had an account with a sister company that flagged this up. When speaking with the customer service adviser Alex E via online chat he advised the account with Heart Bingo I had that was CLOSED in 2020 had apparently caused them to have security concerns. They said they need to review both my accounts for security and responsible gaming purposes even though as mentioned he could see the sister account I had was in fact closed – as in I had not even logged into it! I think I would have been less annoyed had they emailed me to advise they were blocking my account and allow me to provide them with any required information but nope nothing from them. Instead it was back and forth on chat with the clearly scripted responses to be told I still need to wait for a 24 hour review finished by a telephone call from them before anything would be sorted or reinstated. So much hassle for something ridiculous. An already CLOSED sister account! I just told them to close my account with Megaways Bingo completely.

I have been a customer of this site and it’s sisters for years. Never had any issues depositing withdrawing then last month they emailed me saying I had won a hamper and a list of things it included . I didn’t receive the hamper so I contacted them and they said they didn’t have me down as winning it but they do see they emailed me saying I did. So they sent me a hamper out but it was not what was originally promised it was a 3rd of what they told me I had won. So I contacted them and said I just wanted to give feedback that I felt it was unfair to tell someone they had won something then send something not so good. They said sorry and gave me £10 credit.
A few days later I went to log in and they had closed my account and all other accounts I had on sister sites . I contacted them to ask why they said it’s because I have the same details as someone else . I have no idea what this means and asked them to explained . They said the phone number I have on my account is also on someone else’s account I explained I lost my phone a while ago and ever since have been using my wife’s who has her own account . They said they can’t tell me anymore but my account is closed and on all other sites.

Completely unprofessional terribly unfair.
I am glad in a way I would rather give my time and money to a company who treat their customers better than the way Megaways treat theirs . This has clearly been done as I made a complaint !

It’s easy to complain when you’re not winning obviously but I’ve never seen a site pay out as little as this one. Never expect to go play and win an annual salary but this site should probably have an investigation against it, could play for hours and barely win your single stake back.
