Words cannot describe how I felt before and after the surgery, everyone was very kind and welcoming and made me feel reassured and I’ve never felt so safe ever, the only regret I have is not doing the Labiaplasty and intimate area bleaching. The professional and his work is just outstanding it’s out of this world and I would recommend to family and friends. I also came here alone I had a lot of doubts but I knew he was the best doctor for this procedure.

I had labiaplasty and vaginoplasty with Dr. Bekir Sen, and my overall experience was truly 10/10.
From the beginning, the representative was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions and concerns promptly, which made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring.
Dr. Sen is clearly an expert in his field. He understands exactly what you want and need, and his confidence and skill made me feel comfortable trusting him with such a sensitive procedure. I chose the “Barbie style,” which included labiaplasty, fat grafting to the labia, and laser whitening. I also added vaginoplasty.
The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. The service was excellent from start to finish. The procedure took about an hour. The nurse, Gol, was incredibly kind and caring throughout. I was placed in a gynecological chair, given an IV with sedation, and the procedure was completed smoothly. I woke up feeling stable, and they even brought me juice and later a sandwich, which I appreciated.
Afterward, the nurse helped me get dressed. The fat graft was taken from the side of my abdomen, with just one small suture and a compression garment applied.
Recovery was manageable. Due to the sensitivity of the area, I needed to take ibuprofen or the prescribed equivalent medication. All medications, including antibiotics and pain relief, were included in the cost, which was very convenient. The only discomfort I experienced was some anal pressure after the vaginoplasty, which I was told is normal.
What stood out most was the follow-up care. The team checked in with me multiple times, showing genuine care and attention. I truly appreciated their expertise, communication, and the level of support they provided throughout the entire experience.

I’m an 18-year-old and I suffered from extremely long labia. I was very insecure about it, but I was pretty embarrassed and I felt scared. However, when I met the doctor, EVERYTHING changed. I have never felt so secure in my entire life that I knew immediately that I was in good hands. I travelled completely alone to Turkey, and they made everything extremely comfortable and safe for me and very reliable. My vagina went from looking extremely ugly and i mean REALLY ugly to the most beautiful EVER. I literally have a barbie one!!! I look at it several times a day and every day I’m so shocked. I am absolutely amazed with the care I received during my surgery, from the moment I arrived the care has been exceptional. The transfers made everything so easy. I was so well looked after, the nurses were aware of my medical conditions and made sure they gave me medications to keep me comfortable throughout and performed all the checks necessary. The surgery was a breeze, and the results so far are amazing, I can’t believe how well I was looked after. This surgery has changed my life and I feel so much more confident in myself. I flew from the States to Istanbul for surgery and chose Dr. Mehmet for the Barbie package. Let me start by saying I am absolutely in love with my results. I’m six weeks post-op and can confidently say I have the vagina of my dreams. He truly is exceptional at what he does.

From a logistical standpoint, I do want to share something important for anyone considering him: be very clear and specific about what you want. When I initially inquired, I generalized and simply asked for the “Barbie vagina,” and I was quoted based on that. However, every woman’s anatomy is different. Once I met with him in person and he was able to evaluate me physically, he recommended additional procedures that I had assumed were included in the Barbie package — but were not. As you can imagine, that brought my quote to nearly double the original estimate.

Of course, no one loves hearing that. But in fairness to him, it was his first time seeing me in person, and I had chosen my initial procedures based solely on another woman’s photos — without fully considering what my individual anatomy might require. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the additional procedures because I wanted to stay within the original price point.

My advice: when consulting, ask for both a low and high estimate based on what you think you may need. Knowing how talented he is, I likely would have agreed to everything had I been financially and emotionally prepared — but having those recommendations presented the day of surgery was a lot to process. That said, knowing what I know now, I probably would have just done everything while I was there. I do intend to go back at some point, because if I ever have anything else done, he will be the only surgeon touching my vagina.

For context, everything I chose was aesthetic. I did not undergo a vaginoplasty or perineoplasty, which were the additional procedures he recommended.

Aside from the pricing surprise, I genuinely could not be happier with the doctor I chose. I had been considering this for a long time and reviewed many surgeons whose work simply did not meet my standards. I truly feel he is a master of his craft — and based on my experience, he absolutely is.

The procedure itself was not painful. I had one day of noticeable discomfort, but beyond that, recovery has been relatively smooth. I would recommend asking your primary doctor for a prescription yeast medication just in case — antibiotics can sometimes trigger an infection, and that’s not something they automatically prescribe. Of course, that depends on your body.

His facility is beautiful. His staff is kind and professional. The entire process felt smooth and well-managed. I’m genuinely so happy to have him in my beauty circle. One of my girlfriends is already planning her trip to see him, and I’ll likely find a reason to return myself — whether it’s for those additional procedures or something else entirely.

Excellent from start to finish.. easy communication and everything sorted.. I had labioplasty done and surgery took about an hour in sedation anaesthetic and I didn't feel any pain during surgery... recovery was easy no pain at all.. doctor is really nice and his team as well... truly recommend him..

I am Brazilian, living in London, and I traveled to Turkey for a vaginoplasty after having two natural births. I also had an anal skin tag removal procedure at the same time.
Dr. Mehmet performed my vaginoplasty without cutting the perineum, which made me extremely happy. Most surgeons usually cut the perineum, but he was able to tighten the vaginal canal while keeping my perineum intact and strong. I have no visible scars and I am very pleased with the results.
From the moment I arrived at the hospital, I was very well taken care of. The entire team was professional and attentive. When I experienced some discomfort due to gas pain after surgery, Dr. Mehmet immediately sent a nurse to my hotel to give me an injection for relief. Whenever I needed assistance, the team responded quickly and was always supportive.
The post-operative care was excellent, with follow-up support via WhatsApp even weeks after the surgery.
Regarding intimacy, during my first sexual intercourse after the surgery, I felt a little discomfort, which I understand is normal. However, from the second time onwards, the experience was very pleasurable, and I could already clearly feel the positive results of the procedure.

I couldn’t be happier with everything. I was a bit sceptical about going abroad for surgery on my own, but wow… Dr Bekirs assistant (i believe shes called Elif) was amazing on whatsapp- so quick to reply and so helpful with everything. The whole experience was amazing. Got picked up from the airport in a lovely vehicle, hotel was absolutely lovely, and the surgery was so easy and smooth. Everyone at the clinic was lovely, and the operation was so simple and hasslefeee. All my transfers from the airport and back and to the clinic and back were included which made everything so easy, again a special mention to both his assistant at the clinic who was really sweet (as were all of the staff and the dr at the clinic) and the assistant who i spoke with on whatsapp who arranged absolutely everything for me. Im about 3 1/2 weeks post op- of course i still have swelling and stitches etc but results i can tell are going to be perfect. My medication was all included in the price as well as the hotel and transfers which was fab. Massive thank you to Dr Bekir Sen and the whole team for such an amazing experience. Thank you! And if you are reading this wondering wether to go and if this is the right place, I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough genuinely.

I’ve had a GREAT experience with Dr Mehmet. I actually traveled alone coming from DC and I must say they made this experience feel completely safe for me. The hospital I stayed at was very nice & comforting the nurses checked on me continuously and made sure I was okay. The pain was very minimal , I will say I’ve experienced peak pain day 2-5 and it wasn’t really pain mostly just soreness. They gave me specific aftercare instructions and was always available to answer any questions I needed via WhatsApp. Today I am 3 weeks post op. & I am more than glad with the decision I made alot of the swelling has gone down and I’m already happy with my results.
