I worked with Melanie as my Business and Life Coach for 2.5 years. Before that time, I was snappy with. my kids then regretful, I was reactive in my business and I just didn't know how to get all the stuff I'd read and loved in personal development books to come true in my life for me. I felt like I didn't have any breathing space between things happening and me reacting. I worked with Melanie in both 1:1 sessions and in group coaching settings and I always find her to be so attentive, insightful, kind, funny and smart. She is a great coach and knows just when to listen and when to intervene.
