Misleading Product Photos and Unresponsive Customer Service

Terrible experience. I ordered the classic rise leggings (not the tall version), but the pair I received appears to be made for someone extremely tall. The rise is so high it would reach my chest. I didn’t even try them on because I’ve already had a similar issue with another pair in the same rise and knew immediately these wouldn’t work.

When I contacted customer service to request a return, they asked whether the seal had been opened—which, of course, it had. You have to at least remove the item from the packaging to see if it fits. After I responded, they completely stopped replying and have ignored multiple follow-up emails requesting a return.

On top of that, the photos on their website are very misleading. The leggings are marketed as a standard rise, but what I received is clearly high-rise and does not match the product images at all.

Overall, poor product accuracy and even worse customer service.

Poor color, poor sizing, awful return policy

The tights are a typical low-quality, non-returnable product marketed on instagram. Their policy is no returns once opened, even in unwashed, unworn condition. No exchanges, even unopened. If, for example, you need to size up (and haven’t opened them) you pay a $10 restock fee on a $25 item. Then you pay shipping on the new item. Shipping was $10. Another red flag: they don’t allow reviews on their website so the only opinion you see of their product is “influencers”. Typical instagram-shop nonsense and I’m bummed I fell for it. I’m brown-skinned so I ordered two pair: The Carmel (Bronze) is a chalky yellow in person, not bronze at all. I don’t know anyone that they’d match. The chocolate is a deep brownish-black. Too dark for me personally. I’m not tall at all: 5’4” size 4/6 jeans and the inseam was to short, even for me. The M/L was a comfortable fit stretch-wise but since the inseam is too short the tights crowd my toes. Worse, I need to wear shorts on top of them to keep the middle up because they constantly slide down. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy, as there appears to be some confusion. We do not carry a shade called "Caramel (Bronze)", and we do not - and have never - charged a $10 restocking fee. Additionally, while we do not accept returns for opened items due to hygiene requirements, returns are permitted for unopened products, in accordance with the return policy outlined on our website.

We value transparency and welcome honest feedback. Review requests are automatically sent to all verified customers, and customers are always free to leave reviews on our website. Influencer content is shared to help customers see the product styled on real people, but it is not intended to replace customer reviews.

Our sizing and inseam measurements are listed on the product page, and fit can vary based on individual body proportions and preferences. While many customers find the fit works well for them, we understand it may not be the right match for everyone.

Poor customer service- Strongly recommend you avoid

I really wanted to like this company and their product. I bought two fleece lined leggings at the end of November. I was very excited because I had been planning to buy them for awhile.
I ordered what I thought were to XL pairs but what arrived were two small pairs. Unfortunately, for one pair- I didn’t see the sticker on the package that had said “S” on it until after I had already cut away the sticker seal that they have on their package.

I want to be clear, the tights barely left the packaging when I realized. Neither pair was ever worn. I reached out to see if I could exchange them for the correct size, and I was transparent about the fact that I had broken the seal before I realized the size error.

They told me that due to health and safety, they do not do exchanges but said that they accept “unopened and unworn” tights back and that I would just have to cover the shipping to send them back and they would give me store credit. I said okay, bet, no problem and sent them back. Again- neither had been worn. Barely even came out the packaging.
They gave me store credit for 1 pair because there was one pair that was unopened and they are now refusing to credit me for the other pair.
They currently have all $50 of my money and I have no product and they are refusing to allow me to get the product that I have already paid for. Essentially they are trying to keep $25 and give me nothing.
This is just bad customer service all the way around.
I’m not even asking for any money back, I’m just asking for the amount I already paid to be credited back to me, so that I can re-order the product that I have, again, already paid for, in the correct size.
$25 seems like a wild thing to lose a customer over when the money is not even leaving your ecosystem.

Our Customer Service team carefully reviewed your request and followed our return guidelines, which are in place to ensure the hygiene and safety of all customers. Because tights are considered intimate apparel, our policy allows returns only for items that are unopened and unused. Once packaging has been opened—regardless of whether the item was worn—it cannot be accepted for return.

During your communication with us, our team explained this policy and advised that only the unopened pair from your order would qualify for compensation. You also informed us that one pair had been opened. When both items were returned, our warehouse verified this through the safety sticker we apply to all products, confirming that the packaging for one pair had been opened. Our Customer Service Manager also provided a one-time courtesy resolution to help complete the transaction.

Well I’m a bit surprised giving them…

Well I’m a bit surprised giving them this review 4 stars, giving my experience and relating to the reviews down here.

So I pre-ordered my pair around October this year, like somebody else who reviewed on here. They promised that the sending of the orders would take place around November. Acknowledging that they are deff the original brand and watching their Instagram I was convinced and decided to trust them and paid. The order didn’t come around November, I received it today. I can not lie, I send them emails two times. The first time I asked a update. The second time I complained that it took long and that I was disappointed that they didn’t send an email explaining why it took so long and I had to reach them for the second time. Both time they responded and the second time they decided to compensate me a bit and explained that they did send an email and maybe it was in spam, and it was that case. So seeing them respond I decided to just bite my time and wait until January at least, but I was already a bit disappointed that it was taking this long as I had plans with it.

When I received my leggings I was surprised and really happy with the quality. It is great! I bought one fleece tight and one black legging. It feels really nice and warm. It’s doesn’t feel to thick, but really warm and definitely comfortable compared to other leggings I bought. They gave me a free fleece sock too! The black legging is not really the same, but is compared to normal leggings definitely warmer and also comfortable. It doesn’t hug your curves like the really tight fit versions and doesn’t lift the butt up if you really thought it would sit like that, so be aware, but definitely a purchase I don’t regret. They put a folder explaining how to care for everything and that shows me too that they really looked into their work and did their research to be able to sell this.

So yeah I’m not gonna lie, the experience wasn’t really great. It’s the fact that I can afford to lose some money around that time that I wasn’t really stressed, but I feel as if they didn’t really took a great approach in the market. There are a lot of dupes now, inspired of their work and being sold on different websites. I would consider to buy at different websites if you can’t afford the same way I did.

However there is something about their products that I can appreciate. I also love that they made it possible for many body types, which would look a bit difficult to accomplish and I don’t see many places that copy their product being able to handle it the way they did. I didn’t dare to try other websites as it was just unclear to me if I was buying the right size. I would consider buying from them in the future. My four stars is based on how they handled it in the end plus with the quality of the products. I otherwise would have giving it a two or three stars. It is sad that other people in these comments didn’t have a great experience, heck not even receiving it. They should put more consideration how they are going to handle this in the future. I hope this review will reach them and that they don’t take it in a negative light, but more positive to learn about their short comings and appreciate the review because I acknowledge that they did their best.

Scam. Do not purchase. Item never came , asked for refund they said they would refund but I never received it. It's been months.

You subsequently requested a refund instead, which we promptly processed on December 7. A refund notification email was sent where we informed you that it would take anywhere between 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Our Customer Service team has been responsive to your emails and attended to your request. If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend contacting your bank directly to inquire about the status of the transaction.

Would not recommend

Really wanted to like this company, but with many small businesses, they want to blow up without really having the product or support to handle the new clients.

I purchased tights back in October. Second time wearing them (never washed them as they were lightly worn) it got a vey long snag. Emailed company, they said they would send me a new pair free of charge.

Free pair never came. Emailed them 3 days ago and they admitted to not being able to fulfill the order, I asked for the new order to be cancelled and refunded.

Part of their advertising is knocking companies for ripping off their invention, but in reality what do you expect people to do???? It’s winter time people want tights they can wear now, not go without for the sake of supporting a company that can’t even support them.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. When you placed your initial order in September for the Honey M-L everything was in stock and was shipped within our shipping timeframes.

When you placed an order for your replacement order in November, you chose a different variant Caramel M-L which was shown to be out of stock and was on a pre-order basis to be shipped in December (December 1-31) as shown in the product page, checkout page and in the order confirmation email sent to you. Unfortunately, we encountered manufacturing delays with some of our pre-orders. However, this manufacturing delay with some of the variants was communicated to you and all customers who placed pre-orders during this time. We proactively communicated regarding the delays through a video update where we gave customers the option to also cancel their order.

We are the original creators of these fleece lined tights in inclusive shades, plus sizes, tall and stirrup leggings, and are appreciative of our community who support us despite having more and more imitators. We also understand that customers have needs and timelines, and we strive to be transparent in our communication and provide realistic expectations. We are committed to protecting the integrity of our original formulations and informing the public about copycats and counterfeit products; however, our followers are free to decide whether they purchase from us or not.

All the pre-orders scheduled to be shipped in December were shipped in December and your pre-order would have been shipped in the stated timeframe as well.

As a small-business with in-demand products that we created and brought to the market, we hope to continue to grow and better serve our customers while offering great customer service.
