While I'm currently waiting in my recent purchase, I was over the moon with both the style and the QUALITY of the inventors jacket my bestie got me for Christmas and had to find something for the husband...and of course his wife! Can't wait til they get here!

The designs are very interesting, and there will be one that you'll like. The ones that come with a fleece liner is pretty weighty and makes it feel as though you are really getting what you are paying for. The zipper is not definite, where sometimes if you are not careful when start the zipping process you may start a zipping gap, and have to start the process over. Pants appear to run small for the U.S., so you may want to step up to the next size for proper U.S. sizing. Overall, a very nice product. Great customer service.

I've been looking at your site( Melaniful) for at least 2 years, and finally decided to take the plunge! Prior to my encounter with Melaniful, I had been scammed many of times. To my surprise ya'll came through! I should've been done ordered. Anyways, I'm here now, and that's all that matters. Melaniful family ya'll have the gratuity of my heart!

Their customer service is just as good as their merchandise.Sometimes when you have to deal with emailing customer service you dont get a responce back in a timely manner but not with them .they respond pretty quickly and they are efficent.I appreciate them and they appreciate my business i curently have 5 of their hoodies they are of great quality.They are warm and fits well .sizes run kind of large so use the size chart.Thank you Melanin.net

They were very nice and professional about a spelling error I made by accident. They were constantly keeping in touch with me while the corrections were being made. I felt very much appreciated throughout the whole process.

The product AND customer is phenomenal!! I was slightly disappointed simply because I didn’t pay attention to the sizing chart which resulted in me receiving a product that was too big. (PAY ATTENTION TO THE POLICY & SIZING CHART) However, I can confidently state that this company is in the business of gaining AND retaining customers. Tashard with customer service responded promptly to email correspondences and we were able to resolve the situation under favorable terms. I will most definitely be purchasing again and will pay attention to the sizing chart going forward.

This was a gift for my son, and because I loved the Tee so much and immediately, I neglected to check out the size chart. When I received the Tee I loved it but learned it was much larger than expected. So....make sure you refer to the size chart, they do run large, but the Tee is BEAUTIFUL and I'm confident my son will wear it proudly! Thank you Melaninful!!

My first set of orders was right around covid, and I was very surprised with the quality and durability of the hoodies. The delivery of order came in a timely fashion.
Every time I wear either of the outfits people compliment and stare ( in a good way ;-) )

Well I just want to say is this is the first company online that cater to blk knowledge blk roots blk excellence n the most amazing customer service ever not one complaint n always keep u up on when ur product is being made n shipping it's like reading a fairy tale story so fun to read n they make u even more excited when how well they communicate with u by keeping u n the loop keep up the fantastic progress amazing product.

This company won me over as a permanent customer and I will be ordering from them again really soon. I made the mistake of not paying attention to their size chart and ordered a size large because that's what i typically wear in shirt sizes. When the sweat shirt arrived it was a little too big for my liking. The large was great in quality and I loved the shirt so much in person I ordered it again, this time in medium. I still contacted the company to let them know about the size, guessing they would offer a discount the next time I ordered. To my surprise they emailed me back and offered to replace the shirt with the proper size even though that wasn't their policy! I emailed letting them know I had already bought the shirt again in the proper size and within minutes I was notified my new order would be refunded but still sent out. A few minutes after that, I was notified that my refund had been processed. I really appreciate great customer service. I'm going back on the site to see what I'm going to order next!

When i order my hoodie “ All my Hero’s have FBI Files” a small size came by accident i immediately contacted customer service. Less than 24 hours I was contact by a live person. I explained what happened. I was told to keep the small and a 2 xl would be shipped out in a couple to days. I received my hoodie, the colors are beautiful. The images was clear. The material was soft. I love my hoodie. I wore it in the February 29th. The last day of black history month. I can’t wait to order again.

From the wide variety and right pricing this site makes BLACK PRIDE a daily practice. Tashard and Zari and chocolate cake done right. They responded quickly and corrected any problem or silly questions that cross my mind. I LOVE them. They are clothing gods. Must have all day long. The love is real. Must have when you respect the black struggle.

You can look up the trademark on uspto. That's what I did! It said Vietnamese.
