Ordered half a ton of gravel
Ordered half a ton of gravel, paid for it and chose a delivery date - only to be told on the day of delivery my address was too far away. Surely this should have been made clear at the time of purchasing?

Please accept our apologies for your inconvenience. Unfortunately you are in Hereford well outside of our normal delivery zone. We do try to make our delivery zones clear on our checkout and delivery information pages to prevent this but sometimes we appreciate you may not always see our delivery maps. Of course we would aim to tell someone in your situation that the order won't be coming and issue a full refund as soon as possible but on this occassion your order got missed for processing which we're sorry about and we didn't inform you until you were expecting your delivery.

Fence experience
This is the second time I have ordered fencing etc and both times they were delivered promptly. The delivery men were lovely and very helpful. No complaints at all.

Excellent Customer Service
This company has a good list of stock but it’s their excellent customer service that marks them out from their competition.
Always helpful, friendly and flexible they will do whatever they can to meet the required delivery schedule with excellent communication throughout. Special mention for the delivery drivers who are always really polite , cheerful and helpful.

Excellent service
I don't normally write reviews but this was exceptional.
I phoned for a quote at 7.30am on a Monday morning. I live just about on the edge of their 10 mile radius for free delivery, so checked if I was eligible for that service , which I was. The stone I ordered was on my driveway around an hour later. Excellent service from sales to delivery driver who was excellent. Will definitely use them again. Top marks

Good quality products and prompt service. Only given 4/5 because I had put a note asking them to ring me to arrange delivery to ensure I could be home and they instead just texted me saying they would be arriving within 2 hours without checking if I was home. I would use them again but next time I'll ring to discuss delivery!

So we're sorry your note didn't get transcribed to our tranport department - a simple human error in this case. Please do test us with your next order with another note (or can you always call too!)
