I really like the look / style of clothing. Shipping takes a very long time. Sizing is good aside from one item that seemed to run a little small. Overall, will continue to order.

I recently bought 3 sweaters. All look exactly as pictured and are true to size. Great quality items!

I ordered 3 tee shirts. The 2 marked size small are huge and the 1 extra small isn't much smaller. They look NOTHING like those pictured on the website and the quality isn't good at all. I requested an address 2 different times with no response except their request for pictures. The website information is not honest when describing their return policy. This experience was just a rip-off and I encourage all potential customers to shop elsewhere!!!!

This is my second order from Melelly. Love the clothes and the fit. Plus, their customer service is awesome. I highly recommend this company

Took a little while to receive my order, but the styles were cute and the quality was good!

I purchased 2 tops with the wine glass with a Santa hat. I was very disappointed in the quality. The picture was misleading. It looked like there were rhinestones on the top. When the tops came in there were no rhinestones at all. The wine glass with the Santa hat was a iron on decal. My daughter looked at the top and said it was ugly. I showed her the picture from their website and she said she would have thought there should have been rhinestones as well. I emailed the company and told them I was very disappointed in there products. I could have done an iron on myself. There reply was “sorry you were disappointed”. I will not be making any more purchases from this company.

I liked all the shirts that I received. I had three and they fit perfectly based on the chart that was provided. It just took about two months to get them! That was my only issue. I was worried that it would be a different season by the time I receive them. They look just as they are portrayed in the website. I will probably order again but with the knowledge that they won’t get to me very quickly.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! Received my order after 6 weeks. Became sick with covid and later tried to return items. No response from customer service. Items were not as pictured. Fit was horrible and fabric is cheap!

Items came quickly and they were nice.. they were a little different from the photo but still nice..

This was my second order and all 6 sweaters I have ordered have exceeded my expectations! All have been true to size, as pictured and absolutely comfortable! Will be placing another order as soon as possible.

Took 2 months to arrive. Requested, time and time again, for a refund but they always came up with excuses. Quality of material is very cheap. Paid high prices for these items!
Also, I noticed that it had a shipping label from a foreign country…..beneath a shipping label from US!!
Totally unhappy and will never buy from this company again!!

It started out very rocky with my first order but it was taken care of with refund, my new order arrived so quickly and I love my items.

I ordered 2 sweaters from their website. It took a long time to get here but I love both the sweaters. They fit and look good.

I find that the clothing I purchased look a little different than displayed. That’s rather disappointing. I am 5’ 104lbs. The small is a bit big. I usually wear a small. That’s disappointing as well because not all styles are offered in XS. I really like the way the clothing looks on line. Very attractive. I wish more was offered in my size.
