Ordered an epilator £57 only to receive a cheap shaver, like the ones you buy on eBay for £5. Emailed my discontent.
Cheap, plastic,weightless and useless. Have the smaller one for eyebrows and nose hair…
Shocking fraud.

No response from Melhino about my faulty wireless hair curler, the item blogged by Rachel Luego, they have not responded to 2 contacts, and there is no telephone number advertised to call about this. At this point in time I do not recommend buying this curler!

I didn't know how much I needed the LED hair brush until I tried it, actually nice sensation too. Customer service is good too.

Heated eyelash curlers don't work don't hold charge don't heat up I've been in touch with company no response!!! I've also been in touch with influencer Rachel Lugo. Customer service is shocking! Rip off company do not buy!!!

Do not use this company!!! My first curler wouldn’t hold the charge so they replaced it only because I threatened to inform the influencer Rachael Lugo who recommended it. My replacement was exactly the same no charge and they’ve refused to send a new one. Terrible customer service AVOID

Being a busy mom, I needed something quick and convenient. The wireless hair curler saved me so much time. Plus, the curls last all day, making it a total win!

Rubbish customer service .. after 5 uses charger broke in device and still not replaced 9 weeks later .. had response to say user fault!!! Never use again

Melhino hair curler, don't buy it.
It doesn't hold its charge at all. I've tried twice to use it. Second time it trapped my hair, started smoking and the display went off with a blue flashing background light. Refused a refund or replacement as just over 30 days purchase.

Bought the hair curler and it doesn't keep the charge long enough to do even half the hair. Sent photos of the hair it will curl. They repeatedly said they wanted photos of the broken product when I explained time and time again they said nothing they can do. Even though they could clearly see the hair that was curled .
They also said it had been bought a year earlier than it had. Beware of Instagram influencers recommendations as they get paid to say they are good . Worst customer service ever . AVOID

I ordered the Melhino curler for my daughter for Christmas but it does not curl hair!! Definitely not does what it is supposed to do, it took over 3 weeks to arrive and when I e mailed to ask for a refund, I got no reply, e mailed again, then they wanted to know why? I advised it doesn’t work then they advised I would have to sent it back to an address in France!! Despite it being Melhino UK and pay for my own international shipment!! I asked why UK company was dealing in EU return, was advised if I didn’t want to return it then they would give me a 40% refund- this was 6 days ago -despite sending another 3 e mails to ask them to process the request nothing has happened. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
