I wanted to love this Marshmallow…but it is not as advertised
I wanted to love this Marshmallow comforter. I liked the puffy factor and especially was won over by this specific claim they make on the product description: Heat Adaptive- Cozy In Winter, Cool In Summer. Sadly, this is the opposite of our experience. We get so hot under this comforter that we all have to kick it off and sleep without a comforter when trying to use it. It is so heavy it constantly slides off the end of the bed. It only has tie spots in the four corners, not sides, so it slides totally to one side of duvet cover, leaving half the bed with a flat empty duvet cover and the other have double stuffed. We feel like we will tear our duvet cover when trying to pull it up at night. I contacted the company to let them know that while I was out of the 30 day window at 60 days, I had been through several family medical crises and just did not have the bandwidth to deal with the comforter during that stressful time as I was focused on the health and wellbeing of my loved ones. I shared my actual experience with the comforter. They said they would escalate to a higher level of customer service given my situation. I never heard back. After repeated inquired they finally sent me a canned reply that it's after 30 days and there is nothing they can do to help me. I won't be making any other purchases from this company. So disappointing.

This company is a scam. I notices the slip-on shoes was the wrong size right after I ordered and emailed them asking if they could change the size and if they couldn't to just cancel my whole order they replied right back stating what I wanted and said they would pass it along then for 2 days I kept telling them the same thing and got no response then they had added a subscription to be automatically taken out well they still won't cancel they said they can't cancel on their end. 114.00 gone

Too bad you can't give less than 1 star. Third review here on Trust Pilot. Evidently the only way to get a response is to put up a review. I was asked to pull my dispute and they would send the comforter. I did as they asked and they now are saying it will take another 30 days. I am done. I am calling my bank. This is a scam. I think the fact that Tik Tok and other social media outlets are still allowing them to advertise. Something needs to be done. At this point someone needs to start a class action. They are scammers and cheaters and NOT A US company!

Terrible! I never received my comforter. It’s been over a month, and they won’t respond to my request for a refund
They kept my money until I filed a BBB complaint
They kept my money for a month until I filed a complaint on them when I purchased a comforter for 89$. They would not refund my money for a full month no answers to emails nothing. I looked at their Better Business Bureau page, and see that they just do not ship. I'm sure they had enough money of everybody's to get a whole lot of interest before they refunded at all. Anyways they are a scammer and please trust your trust Pilot and Better Business Bureau before purchase on their ads where people have complained they take them off, but you can always press the button that says show comments they try to block him say that it's for your own wellness when it's actually for their own wellness if people complaining about not getting their product make sure you hit that button. Make sure you file a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and trust Pilot or they'll just keep taking our money.

Do not order anything from this company! They send out a bunch of false shipping notifications only to tell you a month later that your item is back ordered!
Ordered on 2/22 and have received multiple packaged and shipping soon notifications. I reached out when I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation and was told the item was back ordered and those emails are automated and didn’t apply.
Order not fulfilled and no customer service response

Only rating one star because I could not rate zero I ordered my stuff over a month ago. I still have not received it. It has not even shipped out yet. I sent emails. I get a response. This is crazy. Do not buy from this company could be the best blanket in the world, but I will never know if I can’t get it.
Customer service will not respond to issues
I have received the cloud align high pillow and it smells saturated with mildew. The only form of contact they give is an email address and the contact message on website. Tried both ways twice over 10 days so far, never get a response. On their Facebook page many people with issues never received a response either.

If I could leave zero stars, I would have. Mellow sleep has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, and that is basically because they don't answer your emails and hang up on you .... over and over again. I ordered a pillow that arrived smelling strongly of mold. I was willing to get a replacement, but have not been able to because they flat out won't speak to me. I have zero faith now that a replacement would be of any better quality based on this experience though.
Order #366546: Replacement Promised but Never Shipped
I’m leaving this review because I have been unable to get any response from Mellow Sleep through normal support channels.
I placed Order #366546 on January 31, 2026 for a blanket, pillow, and pillowcase. I received a shipment notification on February 1, but the tracking has never updated beyond that date.
After several attempts to contact support, I finally received an email on February 21 confirming that a replacement order had been arranged and moved to priority shipping. Since then, however, I have received no replacement order number, no tracking information, and no follow-up communication, despite multiple emails, phone calls, and messages through Facebook and Messenger.
At this point:
• The original order shows no movement since Feb 1
• The promised replacement has no tracking or confirmation
• Customer support has stopped responding
It has now been over a month since the purchase and more than two weeks since the replacement shipment was supposedly arranged, yet I still have no confirmation that anything has actually shipped.
I am simply asking for the basic information any customer should receive:
• Confirmation that the replacement order actually shipped
• A valid carrier tracking number
• A realistic timeline for delivery
Because of the lack of delivery and communication, I have already contacted my bank regarding the charge. However, I would still prefer to resolve this directly with the company if someone from Mellow Sleep can provide actual shipment confirmation and tracking.
If anyone from Mellow Sleep monitors their Google reviews, please respond and help resolve this.

I haven't received my pillows yet. This is more a review on their customer service.
They advertise that an email to customer service will get you a response in 24 hours. After sending 2 emails, and no response to either within 24 hours, I can confidently say that statement is a lie. For faster service you can call them, but it is neither fast nor does it provide service. There is, however, a convenient, automated countdown starting at 59min and updating at 2 minute intervals - somewhat gleefully, I might add.
If I could give negative stars for their customer service I would. F-.
I have been waiting weeks for my order
I have been waiting weeks for my order. I ordered from a link that was supposed to give me a free pillowcase with my purchase and they charged me for it. I’ve tried contacting the company and the only reply I received two weeks ago was please be patient.

Warning: Stay away from this company. I ordered 6 items on Jan 26 and only one arrived. After weeks of silence, customer service admitted on 2/16 that my items were 'lost in transit' and promised replacements.
Since that promise, the conversation has gone completely dead. I have sent multiple follow-up emails with zero response. Their customer service is non-existent once they have your money. Extremely disappointed—save your time and shop elsewhere."
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I placed an order for a king size comforter January 25 2026. Currently February 10th with no comforter and the tracking order says it was RETURNED TO SENDER! It never even made it to my STATE! Messaged them on their website two separate times a week apart and between that week emailed them with ZERO responses. Called three different times and was put on hold for TWENTY minutes each time only for them to say “we are too busy, call again later” and HUNG UP ON ME! Currently out $120 with nothing to show for it. I’m beyond livid
TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer service. I made 2 separate orders. I ordered one blanket for a visiting relative that should have been here before Christmas. I placed a separate order later for a different kind of blanket in a different size for myself that I knew would not be here before Christmas because it said back ordered when I checked out. Well the one I ordered first wasn’t even shipped 3 days before Christmas so I emailed their customer support with the order number and specifics asking when it would be shipped. They responded with information on the second order and nothing about what I asked. That wasted 2 days. When I emailed them back they responded that it was on back order now too. When it didn’t even get shipped by the Saturday after Christmas and my relatives were gone I emailed them again. I told them to cancel only that blanket under that order number. I told them I specifically did not want my blanket canceled. They cancelled and refunded the wrong blanket anyway. I tried to do a chat, but they only give you set automated questions and answers. It’s not a real person and it can’t answer questions. Just responded they would email me. I was able to cancel the right blanket through chat, but there was no way to fix what they did. Now if I want my blanket I have to wait even longer because it moved me back in line on the order. There is no phone number to call. I suspect their customer service is almost entirely automated and can’t understand anything outside of what it is preprogrammed for. I don’t even know if I like the products, but the customer service has been so bad I would never recommend them.
No customer service response
I purchased a comforter and two pillow cases during Black Friday. Somehow a couple of pillows were added on my order. Although they are nice pillows I didn’t want them. So I sent customer service a couple messages and never heard back from them. Also if you want to make a return you only get half back. They pillows went on sale again so I would only get back $14 instead of $28. They would do a store credit but didn’t want to do that because I didn’t order the pillows in the first place. I haven’t received the other items yet.
Terrible customer service! Stay away!
First of all, I was extremely disappointed that it took 3 weeks to receive my pillows and when I finally received them they were not what we were expecting and decided I wanted to return them. Having in mind they're "great" advertising on their page saying "risk free 30 day trial!" I thought, ok great I can return it no problem since the pillows just weren't for us, but that is far from the case. They charge $15 to return it. On top of that the cooling blanket I received has a big stain that clearly looks like it was used and returned and then recycled to me. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they could care less about their customers satisfaction. I highly recommend everyone stays away from ordering from this company!
