Their products are not as they are pictured. They are made of cheap material, and the company cares 0% about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend burning your money instead of purchasing from this company; you will be happier with the product! My family was sick for a month with covid, and they will not extend their customer service to allow my return of a product within 30 days. I had to wait two months for the product to arrive and was extremely dissatisfied with the poor quality. This company is 0% willing to work with me (the customer) to make this right!

This is absolutely the WORST company. I ordered in July and still have yet to receive my order. I ask for a refund and for 4 days have been getting the run around that they’ve refunded my money and it’s a PayPal issue that I never got it. The so called employees that respond to emails seriously need to go back to school because they can’t spell or write a completed sentence. They refuse to offer a phone number to try and speak with an actual person...

Scam. After doing research after I purchase the canvas wine crossbody purse I found that this website is scam. Too good to be true! The bag was supposed to be a canvas material. It was not. It was a cheap thin fabric. The strap was different then pictured, the decor on the bag was different than pictured, the colors were off and the tassle on the bag was a cheap silk type piece of thread falling apart right out the package. After reaching the customer service email (service at meloddy dot com) I got an email stating ofcourse bags cannot be returned or exchanged. I am disputing this with PayPal as that is how I paid. I informed them of that as well on my return email. If I could attach photos to show you expectations vs reality I would! DO NOT PURCHASE.

We paid and ordered a product but never received it. We have contacted the company on two different email accounts but still await reply ITS A SCAM these reviews are not real they pay individuals to leave hood feedback on trust pilot

So disappointed with my order. Pictures were not what you get. Quality is so bad. I could have done a better job sewing these clothes and I can’t sew! Tried to return but the return email address they give you does not exist! Buyer beware! Do not purchase anything from this company!

Would rate it lower if I could. Not only was I lied to (I emailed before ordering and was told everything is US sizes and ships from US, that is not the case), the quality is HORRIBLE, the arms are a completely different size than the rest of the dress, it is complete garbage. It also took nearly 2 months to get my item. If I thought for a second I could get a refund, I would try - but after dealing with their rude customer service staff for the past month, I'm not going to bother. Buyer beware!!! Items are not as they appear online!

The email they give out does not work!!

I ordered 5 items. Most items did not look like the picture at all!! The sizing is very very big. The models shown look quite small. I am quite small. The size small is like an XL!!! All 5 items are way too big. Will not order from here again.

I ordered from here and after 2 and a half weeks I started doing research to figure out where my order was. As I had been charged and paid in full. After finding out that for over 5 days they canceled my order with no notification. I still have not received a refund. They says it’s “fast” shopping but it’s not at all. Do not recommend ordering here.

I was skeptical to order as I did not know anything about the company. I chose a blouse with a cowboy theme. I am VERY HAPPY with the product. I would suggest that you allow a few weeks for delivery and definitely order a size up from what you would normally wear. I went up two sizes and I like it just fine. I do think one size up would have been fine too as the cut is loose fitting. Maybe go up 2 on more fitted styles. Very happy and will order again!
