It was easy except for the part when you want to go back a page it makes you start all over from the beginning.

It was not worth buying. The total for the tickets and some snacks came out to $72. I had bought the black tickets on here for $25 and went back to apply the tickets and it came out to $55. I ended up paying $8 dollars more because of that.

I purchased 4 tickets for the Philidelphia Zoo through the NEA teacher discount. The charge for $92 was immediately taken from my checking account. My purchase was confirmed with an email followed by a second email that said my order could not be filled, and that I would receive a refund in 3 yo 8 days. I now had to purchase those tickets again from the Zoo. So I am out that money until the refund comes, and really can't afford to be. No time was wasted deducting the money from my account. It should NOT take 3 to 8 days to refund it. Don't confirm and charge accounts with out first confirming your company can fill the order. I would give this company a 0 if I could and I will never recommend it or use it again. I had a terrible experience. DO BETTER!!

I was having to input a lot of long codes in order to purchase movie tickets through this program. The voucher system works, but each ticket is a new long number to input. That caused me to run out of time because they only give you 5 minutes to complete a transaction when you are reserving tickets.
Using the app on my phone this is super frustrating. I appreciate the QR code for concessions items, but there needs to be an integrated way to use these vouchers to reserve tickets online. Even if one code covered the entire order rather than individual codes for each ticket.

During this purchase I had to submit my payment information twice. When I clicked "Submit" the first time the section where you enter your card information change to a image of a padlock with a processing circle going around it but it never went past that. I waited for around five minutes for it to finally proceed but it never did but it did reset the "Submit" button even though the circle was still spinning. I decided to refresh the page and re-enter the information and it proceeded like it's supposed to then. This was the second time I've made such a purchase and the first one didn't have any problems. I screenshot the first attempt but there's no place for that here

The very friendly staff and they all have excellent customer service skills. This will be my 4th rental car in about a months time from this branch and I highly recommend them.

It was simple and fast. Only questions was what happens if there is a weather hold or weather interferes. Discount was ok, the food vouchers will help.

I booked a hotel and the price was doubled upon booking. Tried to edit the rooms since I was charged for two. They said no and proceeded to cancel my hotel all together.
Still disputing. The hotel is even on my side trying to help us get a refund.
This is a terrible business.
