Dreadful work
Dreadful. I chose a head artist to help with an old picture for my mother.
The pictures we got back were comical. It looks like my son did it. I am white British and in the picture I look asian. The colour pallet is completely off. I think the artist and I use the word very lightly was not having a good day. Total waste of money, unless you wish to change the origins of who you are. Looks comical and I hope my mother thinks it's funny that we all look Asian.

Your photo was especially faded, and many of the facial features were barely visible, which are the most crucial elements in any restoration. Our artist worked carefully to bring out as much detail as possible, but when the original is heavily worn, some interpretation is often required to rebuild missing features and tones.
We offered free revisions to make adjustments based on your feedback, but we completely respect that you chose not to proceed. As per your request, we also refunded you for the prints.
We know how important these photos are, and we’re always committed to doing our best to restore and preserve them with care. If there's ever anything we can do to make things right, we're here to help.

My photo had faded over the years
My photo had faded over the years. It was an original and my only copy. I was skeptical, but the restoration was amazing. We were very much surprised and pleased. I would definitely use Memory Cherish again for any future restoration needs.

Memory Cherish team did an exceptional job with pictures of my mom and dad. My mom passed away a few months ago. Memory Cherish has made my Mother the…
Memory Cherish has made my Mother the happiest she has been in 40 years.
After the loss of my brother who passed away at the age of 32, Memory Chrish has brought him back to life by restoring the youngest photo she has of him as a child to perfect pristine condition.
Thanks to Memory Cherish, she can now re-cherish this photo of him after our terrible loss, where he is happy with his two older brothers. Big thanks to the artist who has done a tremendous job of giving my mother her baby back. She cried in happiness to be given back a piece of her son. She "cannot believe how amazing that photo is". Thank you to the artist and all the amazing team at Memory Cherish. Words can barely express the new lease of life which my mother has. Thank you.

Review by a Very Disappointed Customer
I wanted to improve pictures taken in the 1920s and 1930s. Memory Cherish advertised they could do that for a very reasonable amount, $38 per photo, if I recall the amount correctly. Ultimately, they charged me almost $100 per photo. Had the product been good, I would not have minded their running up the cost. But the pictures weren't even as good as I could do with my HP printer. Such a disappointment! And they refused to provide an address where I could return them. Also they refused to provide a link to rate them. It's not surprising they tout a 5.0, as no one unhappy with their work can submit a review to them. I hope potential customers read this review before spending money on Memory Cherish's work. It's not worth it.

AMAZING!!!! I'm blown away!
I am blown away at the restoration of a family portrait I sent to them! It was severely smoke damaged from 24 years of smoking in the house. The picture didn't have glass over it in the frame and I guess I never paid attention. Now it's beautiful and looks like the day it was taken. Thank you memory cherish!

Was hoping to get a blurry pic restored…
Was hoping to get a blurry pic restored as they advertised. I got a larger colored blurry photo. I after paying about $180.00 I am very disappointed. I actually did better with a $5 app on my iPhone. I gave it a couple stars as they were fast with the product.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Weeks after placing my order and not receiving my photos, the support team could only say they were shipped and still in route - keep waiting. 3 weeks after order and order is still "stuck in route" 🙄.Filed a dispute with Credit card and received my payment back and moved on. Look around, there's plenty of options before wasting time with these oeople

Unfortunately, my request for a refund was denied. Their website is cumbersome and not user-friendly, which only adds to the frustration. It’s extremely disheartening that a company lacks a more accessible website and better communication options. While I gave them one star because the work I did receive was of good quality, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this website.

Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company. I previously had two pictures colorized by another company and they looked totally fake. I subsequently sent these two pictures to Memory Cherish and they look absolutely fantastic. It’s as if the original pictures were taken in color. I cannot give a higher rating to this company. They do excellent work. If you want to colorize a picture, don’t go to any other company. These are the experts.

Family memories brought back to life
I was looking to do something special for my mother for Christmas this year. I discovered your website via Google as I was interested in restoring two old black-and-white photos of my deceased grandparents from the World War II era. The final photos were exactly what I was hoping for, bringing vibrant color and detail, to my precious family memories. My mother will be very pleased! Throughout the process Natalie, Carolyn and everyone else were very helpful and polite. The website was easy to navigate and my orders arrived in perfect condition. Amazing repair of an old group photo of motorcyclist.
I sent a scan of a B&W photograph from the early 1980s a large group of motorcyclist in a funeral procession. The enlarged photograph had been on display on a without protection of a frame or glass. Needless to say it had not weathered well. The photo had suffered stains, scratches and dings. The repaired image was superb and we were impressed with the repair on faces that previously were unrecognisable. A brilliant result all round.
