This type of work has the ability to guide you in a new direction of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health if you are open to it. Stepping into this MOE weekend twice now has opened my heart to what’s possible and has help me form a new foundation for growth. That growth has helped me be a better person, friend and father. I can’t recommend this enough! MOE!!

MOE has honestly been life changing for me. It was the first time Iv felt safe to be myself around other men . To be in an environment of men who really cared about each other’s emotional wellbeing was so unusual for me but so very needed and has been for such a long time . It’s nourished my mind body and soul but also given me my love back for life . MOE has allowed me to step into it’s circle wearing my heavy armour, feel safe enough to remove that armour, and be held by men who encouraged me to step into my true authentic self which is priceless 🙏forever grateful to Chris , his wonderful team and the powerful men who allowed for this transformation to unfold

I’d met Chris on a previous retreat and found his open hearted sense of fun infectious. I attended a weekend retreat led by him and others which was hugely impact and helpful for me to see where I needed to grow, and where I needed to let go. I realised that I needed to allow more fun into my life, and be more open and vulnerable with my close friends and family. This has allowed deeper connection with my wife and kids, more fun, and better conversations and presence with friends. Life feels easier. Not easy, just a bit simpler. Chris walks the walk and holds himself to account as well as gently holding a mirror up to my behaviour. The weekend was one of the most impactful things I’ve done and has made my life much more enjoyable and free. If you’re considering exploring, take the step. It won’t be one you regret and you might just change your future path to one you really want rather than one that’s been programmed into you over years…
