Mexican-backed fake shop. I never received anything, but of course they withdrew my money from my account.

Fake shop nd not based in the US. Tracking number comes from far east and the quality of my jacket was worth 20 USD and not 140 USD. The jacket I received was not like as on the pictures!!!

STAY AWAY! Total Scam.

Its been a 8 month still I have not received my product.
Customer support is worst.

The customer service was great. They sent me a message asking for my measurements and answered any queries promptly. Great service

I admit I was skeptical when I ordered, but still hoped for the best. Pleasant surprise when they reached out to go over my size request, ultimately choosing the best size for me based on specific measurements. They gave me pics of my jacket and I could provide feedback along the way. Shipping was amazingly fast, in fact, I still don’t understand how they get things sent so quick…love the jacket, it’s everything they promised and more. Very happy customer here. Highly recommend!!!

I had ordered a varsity Jacket form this company. Everything was well, you will also see i had already left a review before for the service but after 2 months I've been receiving posts from FedEx for an invoice and I know its from FedEx cause this jacket was the only thing I received from FedEx. After I contacted the guy Jamie he said i should pay FedEx as they may be import charges which he had not mentioned during the time of placing the order. Very disappointed

Avoid, avoid,avoid at all cost.
Ordered a jacket, nowhere in description did it say replica item....then received a what's app asking to check size of replica item...asked for a refund as wasn't paying that amount for a replica to be told they will only refund 75%.
I screenshot the terms and conditions that a full refund can be requested if it's by 24 hours.... continue to be fobbed off, messages on What's app saying please 3 more days...now been 21 days and no refund .

I would try literally any other shop before ordering something from here, especially if you don’t live in the UK. “Jaime” reached out very quickly after I ordered a North Face fleece from them, asking to confirm my preferred size. This felt like a promising touch point of customer service!

It’s been more than a month since I placed the order and confirmed the preferred size. I followed up with questions about the delivery time, as it was taking long, and Jaime kept saying they would be in touch with final product images before shipping. The last message went completely ignored, so I’ve asked for a refund. It should not take 20 business days to ship something as basic as a north face fleece.

Starting to feel like this shop is just a front to take your money and then ghost you in the follow up. Lol.

I was sceptical to begin with, but took a punt - and I am so glad that I did. Although my bag was delayed in production, the communication from the company was regular and engaging and most importantly, the final product is outstanding. The leather is really excellent quality as is the construction and design (inspired by Carl Friedrik Double Palissy). I've been using the bag for about 3 weeks and the leather is holding up well - it's hard, giving a good structure to the bag and the double zipped pockets, big enough for a laptop, second screen and a ring binder. It looks the absolute business. I'd defintely buy from them again.
