Only one star as couldn’t give no stars. Their customer service is an absolute joke. Evade return request constantly. To return goods that did not match website photos you have to pay to return to CHINA.

Constant requests for a UK return address are ignored. Please don’t waste your money.

I ordered three clothing sets from The Men’s Room for a holiday, and it turned into a nightmare. It took 4 weeks for one set to arrive, and the second set never arrived. I had to reach out after 6 weeks to get an update, only to be told it was out of stock. The third set also did not arrive, and they delayed the refund process so much that I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge, which they resolved quickly.

The communications from this company are sketchy and appear to be generated by AI, often making no sense and contradicting themselves. I had to go back and forth with them demanding a refund, but they never listened and dodged the question continuously.

When I finally received the first set, it was too late for my holiday, so I wanted to return it. Their refund policy is bizarre: they offered a 50% refund if I kept the clothes or a full refund but only if I paid for the return shipping.

Do not order from here. The Men’s Room is unreliable, and their customer service is a joke. Avoid this company at all costs!

Best part of this purchase was prompt payment acceptance, delivery was lengthy chased a couple of times, jacket finally arrived....Now suspecting Chinese company, should have done my due diligence. As for the material used"Crafted lightweight and durable".....Felt,not quite fuzzy felt but looks fine from a distance, guessing if it fails as a jacket can always double up as a polishing cloth for the car.

This place is a scam! Like others, I never received my product (it's been 5 months), email communications were shady and have now completely ceased, and their website is now deactivated. What's most infuriating is that it was advertised on Instagram. And of course there is no way to contact Instagram directly to complain. This is criminal on their part as well, as they should have done due diligence on their advertisers to make sure they are legitimate. I will never purchase anything via Instagram again as there are apparently no safeguards in place.

Ordered 9 months ago and never received the product.

Only replies about the promise the product is coming which it never did. No replies after asking for a refund 6+ months ago.

Very bad experience experience which I never faced before. I’ve ordered the clipper for 7 weeks now with the same response as the others in this forum’your order has been shipped, trust as as we trust you..’ without tracking no. It’s unfortunately scam.

The entire website shop is a scam. They're happy to take your money, but you'll never get your product.

Upon emailing them for an update, the same bot automatically sends you the same email. At least they're consistent.

With no real customer service, and no tracking number with just an order number that doesn't work, you have no way of finding out what's going on...but I don't think the people behind this are really bothered by this.

This is a scam. I placed an order that never came and was not provided shipping information that the confirmation e-mail stated would be provided. After following up, I received the same auto responses below and was told the order had shipped and was not provided a tracking number. I have a requested a refund I doubt I will ever see, but my main concern is their having my information.

A month after placing this order, I received a credit alert that my contact information had been found on the dark web. They are operating a fraudulent website that does not provide the sold merchandise and may possibly be selling customer's information on the dark web for profit.

Monitor your credit scores and alerts, request a new card from the bank and report their fraudulent activity to their domain registrar, Tucows.com. Unfortunately, trustpilot will not allow me to post the e-mail address, but you can do a domain whois look up for Mensroom.shop or Google "Tucows domain abuse" and you will be able to find it. Also, report the ad to any social media platforms that you may have came across this site on in their abuse departments.

The only positive reviews appear to be from Carlos their CEO and a lazy variation of John (Johnson), the name of the alleged customer service representative.

Definitely a scam. It is probably my fault for buying a product from an Instagram app. They take your money and don't send a product and their customer service is run by a bot that sends back the same automated message regardless of the content of your message so there is no way of getting refunded. This website is run by criminals.

SCAM. purchased 8 weeks a go and keep getting the same email from John Lauren. “No tracking # but you will receive your item in the next 3-4 weeks”

Filed them thru the federal trade commission :)

Its a scam.....still haven’t received it yet and they keep sending me the same message that it will be delivered in about 3-4 weeks.

I hope somebody finds a way to sue them a super scam I already have 3 months and keep getting the same message that my order has been sent same guy John Lauren going to ask my bank to help dispute it and get my money back maybe I’ll get it from amazon

Scam for sure. I’ve never been scammed before but probably shouldn’t have ordered something off of Instagram Ad. It’s been 3 months no product. I have emailed this guy “John Lauren” probably 100 times now. He always responds within two days or so with some weird ass lingo asking me to trust them and that I am a special customer etc. It infuriates me knowing that it’s open robbery.

Damn i should of did my research before buying because i am definitely a victim like all the other high percentage. Its been more than 4 weeks without a tracking number or product or good service. Its a SCAM do not buy it from their site. Its apparently available on amazon.

I was really hoping I was the only one, I ordered the clippers about a week and a half ago and I still have not received a tracking number, by the looks of it I won’t either. So disappointing and discouraging, just as an FYI if anyone still wants this product you can buy it off Amazon, idk whose gotten a refund but if anyone has tried and failed you can call you bank and they will dispute this for you.
