Just spent £358.00 on various redbull items only to receive severly undersized and poor quality products. I am normally a 2XL but I guess now I am a 4XL. Had them shipped overseas to me having to pay considerable import duties. Now stuck with poor quality items that don't even nearly fit. Would not recommend buying from them unless you are local in the UK for easy returns.

Which I'd read the reviews before ordering from these useless scoundrels.....same story, ordered and paid, no updates, don't respond to emails. No number to call. Waste of time and money

ordered Honda racing hoodie reduced from £60 to £21 plus Honda t shirt reduced from £30 to £10 what bargains eh. nope don't be fooled the items are disappointing!! ill fitting and of poor quality material actually quite annoying and embarrassing to give them to hubby as a present . had better quality clothing from a supermarket . would of returned if paid full price. I actually think these items have been made specifically for 70% off sale .

Bought 3 items from the January sale. Two dispatched and delivered fairly quickly and as expected, good quality. The remaining was not part of the dispatch note. I waited a few weeks and heard nothing and then out of the blue a refund; no email, text, notification on the app....nothing. I contacted them and was told they don't have stock.
I checked the website and they do have stock BUT it is now £65 and not at the sale price (price I paid) of £18. Won't use them again as it seems it's hit or miss whether you'll actually get what you ordered.

I placed an order for 3 tshirts on the 1st Dec. One tshirt arrived on the 11th. Two days later I received an email to say that one tshirt was out for delivery 🤦‍♀️ I've now emailed 4 times and had no response, despite having automatic response email saying I'd get a response with 7 working days. 7 working days?????? What a joke!
It can't be that difficult to reply to an email and let customers know what is happening with their order. I've had no response and no refund and I'm now 2 Christmas presents down. I did see another item on their website the next day, very glad I didn't order. Now contacted my bank to get my money back!
Not the service I would expect from a well known brand! Keep well away!

Placed ordered in November, still hasn't been posted. Numerous emails, no response

I ordered 4 things on 24th November 2023 SLV13099 -3 arrived early December the 4th item has not arrived and my order states “preparing for shipping “ despite it still being in stock. I have emailed concierge.silverstone numerous times and despite getting an automated response to say someone will be in touch in 2 days i have heard nothing. They have my money but i don’t have the item which is a Christmas present too !

I ordered items on November 24th and still haven’t received them. Originally the site said delivery in 5 working days, it is now 15 working days and it’s not even been sent. This has totally screwed my plans take the items to the USA as Christmas presents for my son. Customer ‘concierge’ is a joke, they take weeks to respond to emails and don’t resolve issues. Don’t rely on them, they’ll let you down. Shame on Silverstone for associating themselves with Castore.

UPDATE - they’ve now cancelled my order. Beyond untrustworthy.

I have placed an order with Silverstone store on 3rd December. The payment has been taken but my order is yet to be received ! I have had no further emails and no response to the email I sent to enquire about my order. I find this completely unsatisfactory !!

Ordered from Silverstone website on 24th November , spent over £170 on Christmas presents, 3 weeks later and no order arrived or even dispatched, every time they reply to an email they say they will dispatch within 7-10 working days, clearly it is well past that and still no actual response to where my order is, just the same repeated drivel! Absolutely ridiculous customer service and no actual proper response to emails just repeated nonsense! Not happy at all and wish I hadn’t wasted my money on this company

Placed an order on December 1st, payment took straight away. No order received, no reply to countless emails. A very poor service. No contact number to talk to someone. Have now left it with PayPal to get my money back!

Placed an order on 24/11 still yet to receive parcel, delivery company hasn’t received it either. They still have my money, only way of contacting them is via email and that isn’t a quick response, approx 7 days before anyone bothers to reply, still no resolution since 24/11, waiting for a Xmas present so will have one disappointed child at this rate. Won’t ever buy from these charlatans again

Orders placed, money taken…. Then no deliveries or response to emails…
As I’m having the same problems as many other Castore customers, I have just sent the following email to Silverstone, to make them aware of public opinion.

Hi,
I would just like to make you aware of the absolute atrocious service, that is being offered by ‘Castore’… You only have to look at the last two weeks of comments on Trustpilot, to see how the public are feeling.
They are taking orders & payments….. Then not posting the orders or replying to any emails.
There is also no phone number supplied.
Customers have been waiting weeks for their orders … I have two orders outstanding (26/11 & 6/12) but have received no communication, since order date…. & orders appear in my ‘Castore/Silverstone’ account as ‘unfulfilled’

I am waiting for my orders, as they are Christmas presents…. & I hope Castore realise how many Christmases they are going to spoil!!!!
I have paid over £170 for my orders…. So now in a situation that I have to find money to purchase other presents, along with trying to fight for a refund (as they are not communicating)

Your thoughts on how I (& many others) can resolve the terrible treatment from Castore, would be appreciated….. As they are damaging the Silverstone reputation

Order placed weeks ago for a birthday present which is on Xmas day and have had nothing, no despatch emails, no updates or apologies.

Emailed customer services days ago and again no response and no way of phoning them either.
Getting very worried now as this is a present and doesn’t look likely to arrive

I understand busy time of year but all other companies are managing to keep up with demand and if not at least there customer services reply promptly , not very happy

Placed my order SLV15713 on 28th November and the payment has been taken. Ive had a confirmation email but nothing since. I've emailed to find out what is happening and received an automated reply saying someone would be in touch within 5 working days and it has been over that.

This website has a wide range of legit F1 fanwear at a much better price than the original seller. I frequently purchase off this website and the delivery speed it outstanding.
I can’t find any faults with this online store.
