Merchasylum Reviews

I reached out to Merch Asylum after being intrigued by their business for years. (Found them when I was a teenager and always wanted to use them If/when I was to have my own business)

When I reached out, they were great from start to finish and they stepped up to the plate even when knowingly I had a tight deadline!

Ill be honest, I have used other companies before, because of products which are presented as 'deals' at ease of getting a quote.

With that being said, I am really glad that I reached out and got a quote from these guys, for the following reasons:

- They care about the products they produce and add value/honest opinions on products to find the most suited one for you.
- They are humans and treat you as such - No copy and paste templates, actual communication with humans. (Personally I find this refreshing)
- They are a quality print business and small in comparison to the larger business' which are found when searching online.
- Pricing, quality of print is amazing. Perfect to wear and resale with the quality they produced.

I would suggest to anyone wanting to use Merch Asylum to reach out and send an enquiry. Ive used others to print hundreds of products and nothing comes close.

I was guilty in the past for thinking not having an instant quote and sending an enquiry/quote email was long winded, but I got a response within 1/2 hours.

The quotes I got were very competitive.. Actually they were far better with pricing in comparison to the larger companies I've used before...And the difference in quality is far better than products I've had before...

Its fair to say that the patience paid off.

I will be using these guys again, 100%. Price, quality, products & communication are top class and would recommend to anyone/everyone needing merch, uniform, branding or products for resale!

The guys did a great job on the latest t-shirts for Hell Fire Jack. Top quality and rapid turnaround. Would highly recommend!

Awesome service from start to finish. Great, concise, speedy communication. T Shirts arrived on time and are of fantastic quality. Will use again for sure. Thanks!

I’ve been working with Merch Asylum for years now. Together we’ve created some absolutely banging merch & my clients are always blown away with the quality everytime.
Jay & the team are so friendly, helpful and reliable. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. I’d never use anyone else.

Look no further, drop them an email!

Have used MA for 10+ years and watching them grow without losing any care and attention to detail has been amazing. You can always (as I have done) rely on these guys. Great communication, top quality printing and service all round. Even completed the job and shipped it faster than expected. They just get it right, and do it right. When it comes to screen printed items - you're wasting your time going elsewhere.

This was our first time using Merchasylum for some new stock and they didn't disappoint. Excellent communication from Jay, quick responses to emails. Took an interest in our design and help us acheive what we wanted. The quality of the merchandise was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We've used Merch Asylum a numbers of times, and we've always found them helpful and positive, always ready to help and answer questions about our order. Super speedy and high quality. Diolch!

Great quality screen print. Used them for nearly a year now & always provide great results within a good timeframe. Highly recommend.

100% would use this service again, they worked with me on a particularly quick turn around, communicated well throughout the whole process. T-shirts came and I was really pleased with them. Would for sure recommend these guys

Merchasylum produce very high quality art t-shirts for us. We require each to be a single edition print that shows an original artwork by us on the front and text on the back. These art t-shirts have been exhibited by us at art exhibitions internationally or given by us as unique single t-shirt to wear. We are an art science collaboration (DreamsID.com) that produces artworks based on a dream that a member of the public tells us in public performances and we need the artwork to be reproduced with intricate detail and exact colours. Merchasylum have been doing this for us since 2022 and the t-shirts showing our artworks are of excellent quality. We have tried other t-shirt printers in the U.K. and U.S. but these are the most vibrant and of such high print quality on the cotton. We will continue working with Merchasylum and are very glad to have found them. They are also very fast at responding to emails and phone and are very fast at producing and shipping.

Professional, helpful and friendly service and a lovely result, thanks guys!

After working with these guys for the last 5 years I can honestly say they are the best screen printers I have come across. Dan, Jay & the team have the utmost regard for attention to detail and customer service.
With amazing work and exceptional quality, we have managed to build a great work relationship and will continue to work with these guys in future. *****

Quality service every single time, fast responses, faster printing. Been a customer for 10+ years.

Great company and absolutely brilliant service, they go above and beyond every time and have helped me out with quick turnarounds time and time again. Great quality, great price and always get back to you right away - would definitely recommend!

These guys are ace - totally know what they're talking about, very patient with the millions of questions I had & have gone the extra mile for us everytime so far, in terms of getting good stuff made on time - & with a smile!

Been using this company for years.

I had tried another company years ago and the quality of the print just doesnt compare. They know exactly what they’re doing, never had a single issue with them.

Wouldnt waste time with other companys, you may get slightly cheaper but its not worth it as the qualitys not as good

It was a very good experience working with Merch Asylum. Staff were very friendly and gave us expert advice on how to get the best results for our designs. Always looked to help us keep the price down but kept a high quality finish. Very happy with our products and the service, will certainly be using them again.

Hands down the best printer I’ve ever used. Fast and reliable. Reply to all enquiries promptly also help with designs to ensure your order comes out the best it possibly can. Honestly don’t go anywhere else!!!

Been using these guys for years and they haven't missed a beat!

Great customer service and really friendly. Very knowledgeable and make sure you are getting the best deal for your needs.

Their work is of a really high standard and I'm yet to be disappointed!
I can't say how they would deal with any issues as I've never had any... but I'd imagine they would be as professional as they are with everything else they do!

If you want a look at some of the stuff they can do, go and check out their social media.
