No Customer Loyalty. Beware of Price Hikes
I found the tool to be useful and I had got a good deal on it from a Black Friday offering. But, then one of the main features quit working. I was then informed the reason for this is they had to raise their prices in order to "continue to innovate and bring you the absolute best in class tool". No loyalty to the existing customer base. So I was going to have to go from $25/month to $60/month or $427/yr. I have had plenty of tools over the years raise prices. But, they always let their existing customers stay at the price they came in at. This was unbelievable and unexpected. I would never trust anything by Merch Dominator or Adnan or "Addie P" as he is known in the Merch space. I had read negative things about him online prior to signing up but I chose to ignore them thinking they were unfounded. Now, after experiencing this, it makes complete sense.

However, I believe it’s important to clear up some misunderstandings about your claims:
Your Price Did Not Increase. As a Premium member, your price remained the same at $24.50/month, just as promised. What changed was the introduction of an **entirely new product, the extension, which we allowed Premium members to test for free until its official launch. The extension was never positioned as part of the Premium plan, and we’ve been transparent about that from the beginning.
Transparency in Pricing: We communicated upfront that the extension is a separate product that took over a year to build and required additional investment. To sustain this level of innovation and development, we had to make a business decision to introduce new pricing for new features, while ensuring existing Premium users retained their original pricing for the web app.
Loyalty to Customers: We’ve honored everything we promised to our Premium users, including locking in their price and offering the best discounts should they decide to upgrade. This is a standard practice in any growing business, and it reflects progress, not deception.
Rumors and Reputation: It’s unfortunate that you’ve chosen to believe online rumors rather than judge us based on your own positive experience with the tool before this misunderstanding. We’ve always operated with integrity and transparency, and the feedback from thousands of satisfied users reflects that.
I’m sorry that you feel let down, but I respectfully disagree with the idea that we’ve been deceptive or disloyal. We’ve been consistent in our messaging, clear about what’s included, and committed to delivering value to our users.
While I understand that this experience didn’t meet your expectations, I wish you all the best with your business moving forward.

Just wow! I’ve been on it for a few months now, just wanted to make sure I’ve experienced it long enough before writing up a review. But this is a really good software for POD. It does everything!! Website sucks! I thought it was good when I first started using the free trial. Now I have tried to log in 10 times and it won't let me in. Keeps asking me for a 2 step authentication, sends me a code via email then won't accept the code.

100% recommend!
Totally been converted to this research tool. Definitely recommend it to anyone who works with Merch By Amazon, Etsy and KDP.
Love the way the trade mark feature works. It really has helped me with my research and ability to perform better in my designs.
I find it easy to use and it has such a great layout.
Also enjoy the niche research and find it easy to find trends.
100% recommend it. Already have to a few people I know who work on their merch accounts.

But once you use it all falls apart.
Lot of bugs, inconsistent data, missing data, and so on..
Not so useful after all..
