Horible experience. Clothing is okay once it finally arrives, but takes ages, reeard scheme is a scam and never received one piece at all, customer service offering a "20% loyalty code" in its place... wont be ordering again.

Colours were not as described. Boring grey green instead of light teal. Plain warm blue not ‘periwinkle blue’. Two long sleeved tops arrived within 4 weeks. Would not buy again.

I’ve worn merino clothing from Icebreaker, Unbound Merino, and Woolx, and Merino Protect has been a pleasant surprise. The fabric feels comfortable and well made, and the overall performance is comparable for everyday wear, travel, and layering.
What stands out most to me is the value. Merino Protect offers many of the same benefits I look for in merino clothing—temperature regulation, breathability, and the ability to stay fresh longer—at a more reasonable price.
The fit was as expected, and the shirt has held up well after washing. The other brands still make great products, but based on my experience so far, Merino Protect offers a very good balance of quality, comfort, and price.

I just received this ad, examined the price for all Men's tee shirts. Two things stand out: 1) the jacked up the regular prices by 25 percent or so, and then 2) offered a 10 percent or so reduction from the inflated price. Meaning that you would be paying more than you would if you pruchased at prices they regularly provide.

Incidentally, the only hole-free shirt I've purchased from them is one I purchased when the first opened. After getting holes in several shirts I purchased later, I sent them a photo of the first shirt--still hole-less. I was informed that it was an experimental pattern they stopped manufacturing. I understand why: it lasted and lasted--I'm still wearing it years later.

Avoid these guys, The shirts are soft but do not last even with the best of care.

Ordered a t shirt on 9th May. Sent shipping confirmation and tracking. Item has been in customs since the 17th. I asked them to advice or refund since I have received item. No response to emails.

Update My 28th. Got a response few days after posted review and received item today finally! Product is great and delay due to local stocks short and had to be shipped and go through customs. Review stars now is 3 due to delay in informing me but product 5.

I will never buy an item from Merino ProtecT again, I wanted to return something I received and did not like at all, and they refused to accept it back because it was bought on sale (pretty clever you lower the price on a not so attractive product and the unfortunate who buy it cannot return it). That is the only company I know of with such an anti-consumer practice. I find it dishonest. I also find unacceptable that I cannot find the company address on their website but this is a common practice for Chinese companies I guess. Never, never again.
