Absolutely fantastic experience with Merlin Motorsport! The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. A big thank you to Gary for his expert advice and helping me some parts I needed. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality parts and outstanding service!

I reside in Australia and ordered parts for my Caterham restoration project from Merlin Motorsport. I was impressed that they offered various postal options prices unlike some of the part suppliers who will just charge international shipping rates that will often be substantially more than the item ordered.
I was also impressed with the way my parts query was handled by Gary who fulfilled my order request.

For my Caterham Eccles Mounts, I needed spa mirrors. I would like to see Merlin Motorsport. From the order to the delivery to Germany, there were no problems.
The spa touring mirrors are great too!

Over the last year I have used these guys on several occasions and they have never failed to give a great service. Ordered a ITG air filter for my RS and it arrived next day what fantastic service us email communication us excellent 5* guys 👌

Spoke to Gary who went the extra mile identifying the part and getting it sent out the next day .

I have been a regular customer of this company since its very earliest days but have just been let down by them very badly - and am appalled by their casual attitude. Despite promises to follow up with the Royal Mail to find out the reasons for delay, and to let me know the outcome, I heard nothing. This is after me making it clear to Merlin that it was imperative that the item I ordered was to be delivered the following day without fail. On the day the item failed to arrive in time, Merlin’s attitude was extremely dismissive. Not having had the follow up from Merlin that they promised, I did all the leg-work with the Royal Mail myself - which has taken hours and hours. It turns out that Merlin don’t understand Royal Mail procedures. Merlin’s response on the phone this morning was very unsatisfactory, despite me telling them again that at the time of my order it was imperative that the item was delivered on time, as promised.

Something has changed at Merlin. For a company that, I would imagine, does most of its business through mail order, to have such an attitude is incredibly hard to understand.

If you’re looking for dependable mail order customer service, look elsewhere. I won’t use Merlin again. When I told them that this morning it was abundantly clear to me that they couldn’t care less.

I required a new brake hose for my '65 Alfa 2600, which I was having great difficulty in locating. Merlin could make me a new one, so I sent the old one and by return of post I received my new stainless steel braided hose. I am very pleased and found the company to be extremely helpful and most efficient.

Customer service is like being pregnant - you either are or you aren't....Or rather you get it or you don't....You can implant all of the "call centre words/ tricks/ pressure techniques" you like - but you've just got to be Gary, Jack and George from Merlin Motorsport - really really good with attention to detail, THANKS!!!!!

I ordered a part in the 1.of april and i did not recive the parcel.
Merlin motorsport says that they had sent it with no tracking code.
So there is nothing they can do.
Bad luck.......😡
I have contacted the compagny several times and can not recomende to buy there.

I have ordered parts several times, and get a superb service, with low shipping fees. The company have good communication and reply instantly. Highly recommended race car part supplier.
