The reason my experience was a great one is because, very seldom when it comes to quality of service in the UK, do you find highly competent, highly professional, and genuinely caring people doing such a good job.
The genuine care the doctor gave me, the depth of her knowledge, the sincerity that everything was explained by her as well as the nurses, and the administrative staff were genuinely wonderful. Praise needs to be given when it’s deserved, truly wonderful healthcare.

Sua investigação interna está ERRADA. Pois minha mulher foi examinada sim pela Dra Priscilla que não encontrou nada de errado.
Vocês não precisam escrever (gritar online) palavras em letra maiúscula para justificar a incompetência de seus profissionais. Vou fazer o mesmo pra ver se fica claro.
Minha mulher JAMAIS JAMIAS ouviu da NHS q sua gestação é geriátrica, ela ouviu da genecologista da clínica MESSINA tal palavra e associação. Termo esse q está sendo revisto pela NHS já q muitas mulheres decidem ter filhos depois dos 30 anos.
Minha esposa NÃO procurou essa médica para segunda opinião queríamos um obstetra para acompanhar a gravidez, tirar dúvidas e receber acolhimento já que não moramos no Brasil e qdo buscamos um serviço brasileiro em Londres queremos O MESMO atendimento do Brasil.
A Dra em questão precisa de uma reciclagem e a clínica precisa trocar a galera que cuida de responder clientes insatisfeitos com seus profissionais.
Não adianta escrever termos “ difíceis “ para justificar o injustificável!

Sr Mello, sinto muito que o Sr e a Sra sua esposa estejam insatisfeitos e insistam em continuar a deixar comentários alegando não terem sido acolhidos por nossos profissionais.
Infelizmente, nossas investigações estão corretas e o Sr não estava presente na consulta de sua esposa, portanto não pode afirmar como correu a mesma.
E não estamos tentando "gritar online" para justificar nada pois não precisamos disso, sugiro que volte em seu primeiro comentário e veja o que escreveu, com letras maiúsculas, a resposta foi somente reproduzida da mesma forma para enfatizar exatamente como o Sr fez, me parece que esqueceu o que escreveu e quem está "gritando"?
Mas, sinceramente sentimos muito por toda essa frustração que estão sentindo, e volto a reafirmar que nossos profissionais acolhem todos pacientes de forma empática e humanizada e se dispõem a ajudar no que podem dentro de suas limitações profissionais em Uk, e foi o que a Dra fez, explicou e deu toda orientação para sua esposa sobre acompanhamento da gestação.
Quanto à reciclagem, nossos profissionais fazem anualmente vários cursos e vão a vários congressos para se atualizarem regularmente, mesmo porque há avaliações anuais dos órgãos de revalidação em UK, então quanto a isso, não se preocupe.
E por fim, não temos uma "galera" que responde clientes insatisfeitos, temos uma equipe de profissionais incríveis, que entram em contato com todos pacientes que tenham qualquer problema de insatisfação e cordialmente nos contatam para conversar e tentar resolver de maneira cortês.
Se o Sr quiser entrar em contato para discutir mais detalhadamente o assunto, estamos à sua disposição e sempre estamos abertos para ouvir nossos pacientes e entender suas queixas.
Desejamos tudo de bom ao Sr e a Sra sua esposa e que encontrem os profissionais que almejam.
This clinic is disrespectful
This clinic is disrespectful, the cost of a consultation is £180 pounds + £145 pounds for an exam carried out by them so that the patient receives their results via email, without even wanting toget an answer or advice from the doctor.
There is no free return, if you want to know your result with the doctor's explanation you must pay another £60 pounds, something that should necessarily free.
Disappointing to have to go a 5 minute return and pay £60 pounds extra.
A total of £385 pounds thrown in the bin.
This clinic treats patients like pound notes , they don't care about you or your health.

Vitoria, thank you for your feedback. We take all patients' comments and opinions on board. But I am sorry to say that your comments are very disrespectful with our professional ethics as it does not reflect the true facts.
Firstly, consultation prices are very competitive for a private clinic in central London, we often review our prices to ensure that we are accessible for all whilst remaining competitive among others in the industry. I would suggest that you do your research before making such claims. Prices in other clinics can range from £150 - £300 for follow-up appointments.
Even though we are a Brazilian Clinic we follow the legislation to practice in UK not Brazil please bare that in mind when visiting our establishment, as operationally we differ from customs from Brazil. Our uniqueness to our service is our patients get the privilege of a personalized service in their own language but in line with the CQC guidelines.
Please bear in mind that every private clinic charges for their professional's time and Messina Clinic is no exception to this rule.
Secondly, we have a dedicated customer service team who inform to every patient all of this information as they need to know before booking and attending consultations, including information about all our fees for follow-ups. We give all information by phone and email plus you have read and signed the consent forms which is sent to all patients confirming that you read and agreed with our terms and conditions including any and fees (forms are in both in English and Portugues in the case patients do not understand English).
Lastly, Just to confirm that you have previously attended an appointment to see our gynecologist and you paid for the follow up so you were well aware of the charges and our protocol.
As per your comments, Dr Priscilla's consultation does not last 5 minutes, Dr Priscilla always takes the time she needs based on each of her patients and often overruns. She is an excellent professional with attention to detail to ensure that she explains thoroughly to patients any examination results they may have and they are often very comprehensive and would take at least take 30 minutes of the follow up to explain to any patient.
Regarding sending any results via email we are able to do this but we often recommend that you see a doctor with a follow up appointment to explain results that sometimes only a trained doctor can explain.
Our customer service team sent your results at your request because you refused to pay £60 for your follow-up as part of your initial consultation to have it all explained to you and seek any further treatment that may be needed based on your results.
After sending you your report via email, as expected, you did not understand the results and made a complaint to our customer service team.
Messina Clinic is committed to give all our patients the best humanized care with empathy and personalized service. Many like you want a custom service in their native language but patient need to understand that we are not NHS and if they cannot afford the fees for the private service they should seek services offered by the NHS.

Highly recommended! From the first contact over the phone to book my appointment to the reception and finally the doctors, they are all very good and caring. I have seen Dr Edward and Dr Flávio both are excellent.
