Very bad Developer team
About 3 days a week hosting is down and developer always asking that its server issue not from out side is it a joke we are paying to meta max not any other server providers Take a note on time and check metamaxhost.com site right now it is down also like not our website even their hosting panel is down

Awesome services provided by metamax. Their support is exceptional.
At first they were good but now they are totally a scrape.
They don't know how to solve issues (server side).
Also their SMTP didn't work for me after one month of the hsoting purchase. I trust them so i bought the yearly plan but i regret now. So my pure advise is not to buy anything from here. At first i was going to promote their service on youtube as well as in my community but thank god i didn't do that otherwise my reputation as the community administrator will fall apart. In short, their smtp never worked for me except the first month when i bought the hosting.
Also they are not using the official WHMCS license. I recently went to WHMCS website and checked that they are not using the official license. Well now i have pointed out it so maybe they now go and buy a new one and prove me wrong. Well do whatever you want, i don't care at all.
Just that my money is wasted.
There is another review from my name(maverick) here, that was based on first week impression and this is on based on 3-4 months use. Hopefully u guys will stay away from this scrape.
Their response is so fast and they are so helping like whenever i text them within a minute i get the support regarding any issue in the cpanel or whatever also the hosting is stable and always up.
Was good at first but now it's totally a trash. After a month or purchasing the yearly plan they never intend to deal you as they do at the very beginning, so stay away and keep your money safe.
