Not letting me remove my plan and complete scam

Total scam, doesn't do what it says, just generic info nothing personal and doesn't tell you who was actually following you.

got charged $28 for the pdf option despite the website never disclosing that.
The option to cancel my subscription/plan never loads and when i email them, i get an automated response with just a link to the website/app or whatever it is. also the pdf doesnt even give me my report, it just shows the articles on how to grow your account rather than whos stalking you like advertised.

Scam! They charged me for the trial and immediately twice $28.99… I reported it already!

SCAMMM ALERT! I have been robbed of nearly $50 in a couple of days. Instaboost, AKA metricgurus, AKA boostgram.live, AKA gramsmetrics, AKA metricmaster. I am writing this in effort to prevent anyone else from buying this alleged $1 app free trial. It is a scam, it is level 10 difficult to cancel. Instagram- do better. Is there any vetting or legitimate ad's? All of IG has turned to shit and unfortunately Instagram you will lose members, it is ridiculous.

even with working with GeminiAi to rework the code and try to cancel the account, it is impossible due to server-side blocks.
Their contact info does not work either.
Thankfully Revolut is able to block them and cancel my cards immediately, but my other data given to them is still theirs :(

It's a damn scam. Do not believe it. Do not give personal information. And do not believe the 1$ trial. If already give your information, immediately inform your bank.

This is a full on scam. I had to lock my card and contact my bank to have them blocked. It is designed to not allow for any actual cancellation and will continue to charge you.

Buyer Beware! You will have to go through your bank to cancel.

This is a total scam! It started with an insignificant charge of £0.76 to seem harmless, then they hit me with £22.15, and this morning another £15.30! This is clearly a scheme to bleed people dry bit by bit! I've reached out to their support multiple times, and they're blatantly ignoring me. Do NOT fall for this trap these scammers are ruthless and won’t stop once they have your details!

Guys, this is scam. They will charge you every week for 20 usd for service which doesn't exist. they will make it even if you using Apple Pay. you will need to block card

Absolute scam. Instead of $1 it took $29.99 and there is no way to cancel the “ongoing subscription”. Terrible.

Scam!!!!! As many others have stated, you are promised a free trial, unable to cancel or reach anyone yet they pull money from your bank account. Report to your bank immediately. Unethical, dishonest, and evil people running this company.

Scam, avoid!!!!!!! They offer it for $1 and take $30 and based in brazil. When you try to cancel the email doesn't work and you have no way of contacting them. I will be trying to take legal action against them to see what i can to to stop them from doing this to others.
