Bought a trio of Corona furniture from this company. Good quality. Delivery was prompt and free of charge, which was a bonus. Very pleased overall.

Don't usually review things but we're extremely happy with our delivery. After reading reviews we were a bit sceptical, but order was delivered on time (quicker than another company we ordered from the same day).
Furniture was absolutely perfect, but missing a handle on the corner unit. Emailed the company and had a response in 5 minutes confirming a new one sent out.
Helpful service and great price.

I recently bought 2 slim 5 drawer corona pine units, after searching the internet for them i came across this company called MEWS, having never heard of this company before I read all the reviews, all great reviews!!
I purchased the units at a fantastic price and waited for them to arrive, ordered them on Wednesday and they were delivered on Friday!
Amazing solid units, great quality, and packaged with care!

I bought the tall, grey Corona bookcase for my son a couple of months ago and he loved it so much he asks me to order another one. Unfortunately the large one was out of stock so he had the medium sized one instead. I ordered it one day and amazingly it arrived the NEXT DAY. It looks great!.Really happy with the service and the products. Nearly forgot to say how great the price was compared to other retailers!! Thank you so much.

I bought a corona 2 door tv stand from mews on there ebay store , item arrived later than expected and was broken at the front and had pencil marks on it, i contacted customer service to tell them about the item they had no interest whatsoever, i opened a request for a refund they said they would send out someone to collect it, the guy barely gave me chance to open the door before he returned to his van he saw me and drove away, so mews then escalated the PayPal request in the hope i would have to pay return shipping how low can you go, i would never deal with this company ever again, and feel sorry for anyone who does, disgusting customer service

The instructions are very poor quality, no information what so ever. The screws provided are terrible quality as is the wood (Splits at the slightest bit of pressure). 2 people are needed to assemble which is just impractical also required a hammer to the exterior parts of the product and doing so damaged the Finnish. Not impressed

I bought two items of furniture, one was damaged by courier however they refused to replace parts or refund. The manager refuses to talk to customers or acknowledge the damage even though proof was emailed. I would not recommend this company.

Really bad. Con men really. Sent us a damaged very low quality item then tried to tell my poor old mum that because she'd signed at the door she'd have to keep it which obviously far from just being poor customer service is actually illegal as well as morally dubious. Its such a cheap item their handling of thid makes me wonder if they are a real company or are in financial difficulties or something. I'd honestly go to a company who at least operates within the law rather than trying to act like theyve no more obligation to their customers than a private seller.

I am really pleased with this sideboard. It was easy to put together, it's strong and sturdy. Bigger than I expected it has really deep shelves which is a bonus. Delivery was very quick and they let me know exactly what time it would arrive.

We ordered 3 units from News furniture 1 x large Corona bookcase and 2 x Corona 2 door bookcase with 3 shelves. These were delivered on Friday exactly in the time frame, my husband put them up over the weekend and we cannot say enough how pleased we are, they are lovely solid wood and very easy to put up. Everyone who has seen them has said how lovely they look and as they're solid wood they must of been expensive but if you have a look on the website you will see that this company are cheaper than any other furniture place online I would definitely recommend this company and I would definitely be buying from here again. Thankyou News for making it affordable for us to make our living room look amazing.

I can't comment on the quality of their furniture as I never received it. However I can warn you that you will get no help whatsoever from Mews if your order goes astray. The order was not delivered and, having given them a polite phone call to inform them of the problem, after that it all went rapidly downhill. They refused to answer the phone to me but answered when I rang from a different number so go figure. Emails were ignored or replied to with a stock answer saying the Couriers website stated that the item had been delivered. After my own investigation I got confirmation from the Courier that they had delivered it to a different address but couldn't remember which one. All emails from me to Mews were ignored, they also ingored the calls and emails from their own courier who were asking for a replacement delivery to be sent out which they would pay for. I like to support small businesses when I shop online so it's a real shame Mews behaved so shabbily, I could have put a lot more business their way.

I had serious issues with an order that did not arrive. Granted the fault was with the delivery firm and eventually it was resolved. But the way Mews dealt with me was truly shocking. When I rang them they just said it is marked as delivered so there is nothing they can do, after a slighty heated discussion it end with them saying "hello, HELLO" pretending they could not hear me and then hanging up!!! Rang back a few times no answer. So I contacted the delivery firm and after a fews days of investigating admitted the item was not delivered so Mews need to refund me. Tried ringing Mews, no answer. Tried 10+ times over a couple days no answer. Tried ringing from another number answered straight away!!!!!!!!!! I explained the situation again and they STILL refused to do anything. Honestly, just shocking. So i went back to the delivery firm again who said they would begin a claims process on my behalf but they will compensate Mews who will need to refund me. This time I recorded the conversation. I Tried ringing Mews again no answer. Tried from the 2nd number, no answer. It was a comical situation by this point. I was at the brink of giving up but i put it all in an email and attached the recording threatening legal action through a small claims court. The next morning I get the refund. No reply or apology.
