Had a package delivered with a fair size purchase from this company , Shipping company left it on the ground in my driveway in the winter ( lost in snow by the time I got home ) - Cleared my driveway via snowblower and guess what else went through the chute besides snow .... Yep !
The entire package, I reached out to see if they could help me, I had to follow up multiple times to get a response.. I understand they didnt leave it there but the shipper did, I figured we could agree on some type of discount on a repurchase and I was told no , Nothing they could or would do.
Terrible customer satisfaction, brushed off because who cares ? . $400 order wasted.

I’ve ordered several time from MGB and whether it’s a watch or just some different straps, the process and service is always excellent.

Great stuff. I got a watch strap for my Omega x Swatch to supplement the NATO strap provided. Whilst not cheap, the watch strap is great quality and delivered in reasonable time - not before I was asked to review it, though!

A quality item at a good price. Extremely fast dispatch and delivery. I was kept informed at each stage of my purchase progress.

The watch strap itself is lovely, but unfortunately it arrived without the engraving I requested. I initially ran into some confusion when trying to arrange an exchange through the automated system, which required a handling fee that didn’t feel appropriate given it wasn’t my mistake. I also attempted to contact customer service via an email link provided, but it led to an unmonitored mailbox, which added to the delay.

That said, once I left a review, the customer service team responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Overall, a good experience thanks to their responsiveness to the review, but the initial mistake and refund user journey could be slightly improved (otherwise would be 5 star)

Just received another two Watch straps in less than 24 hours from ordering as per usual an amazing quality straps makes my Tudor look so different on a red strap looks amazing. This is a 4 strap I’ve purchased the quality for the money is amazing. I’ve had some other rubber straps at three times the price there are no way as good as these straps.

I received my product really quickly, the cutomer support was epic and the etching asked for on the clasp was also on it, I would of given a 5 however one of the pins was smaller than the other and it's loose on my watch which is annoying

Great fit for my Rolex Submariner, love the leather look at a great price. Delivery was fast considering it shipped from the UK, arrived in one week.
