I ordered a Polestar 2 in 2022, however they would not deliver the car to Jersey. Being really keen on the car I used Google to try and find a solution to get it here and came across MHH International, where I made contact with Chris Nelson. As I am not very knowledgeable about cars, and even less so about taxes and importing I found the service Chris provided us with to be superb. They made the whole process practically effortless, sorting out all the tax, the admin, the collection, the delivery, in fact everything. In fact all I had to was send MHH the money and wait for the car! Throughout Chris communicated every detail, whether it concerned the movement of the vehicle, the paperwork or the money. I am very grateful to MHH for the excellent service they provided and how easy they made the whole process for us, so would strongly recommend MHH and particularly Chris to anybody looking to import a vehicle to the Channel Islands.

Received outstanding service while importing a vehicle from the UK to Ireland from Chris. I sourced the vehicle and with MHH International was able to purchase the car without the UK VAT added onto the price. They then took care of shipping the car to Dublin port. The entire process was handled efficiently and smoothly. Great service all round, highly recommended.

An absolute breath of fresh air! Alistair and his team made light work of purchasing my camper van. I sourced the van, Alistair dealt with the whole negotiation, payment, vat refund and shipping and in a matter of 3 days my lovely new camper was in my driveway! I used MMH to purchase and ship a Motorhome to New Zealand. They did the purchasing and shipment from Southampton to Auckland. Everything went without a problem. I would definitely use again and recommend 100%.

Highly recommend MHH International and Chris Nelson in particular. He was my port of call in my search for a GLE 250 and he came through in spectacular fashion. I contacted him after being referred by a friend and he found exactly what i was looking for. I found him very accessible and easy to reach through phone and email, we was thorough in his responses and a consumate professional through and through. 2 months after selecting the vehicle it has been delivered right to my doorstep, all registration and all other pertinent processes taken care of. Chris Nelson has a very dedicated team in Nairobi and Mombasa to whom I wish to convey my utmost gratitude. Special mention to Maureen who personally delivered my vehicle and took the time to tick off every item on the vehicle’s checklist. I would 100% use MHH International again.

This was my first time doing business in the UK and I was turned away by everyone because maybe, they are lazy or they don't know there work, or profiling not MHH. Alistair listen and gave proper advice, believe it or not he's so professional he help me more than a close friend did and we had a time difference of four hours. The fault I got since doing business with them is that they have too much holidays 😁. My vehicle reached on time also with the help of Nicky, nice lady. Thanks again for your professional help.....and for other business reading this not everyone a scammer get up off your behind and work smart like MHH.

Great experience with Alistair and the team at MHH. I’ll definitely be using them again. Car has been well looked after, they’ve been helpful getting everything organized UK side, and helped us enjoy a bit of driving time in the UK before shipping the car.

I just received my Range Rover Velar in Zambia. It is exactly as was shown in the pictures shared by MHH international. The sales rep Chris Nelson kept me informed at every stage and was responsive through shipment, clearing and delivery to my house. This was my first time importing a high value vehicle via MHH International and it was nerve wracking but their responsiveness made the process seamless and I would highly recommend them for vehicle import, I’ve had a fantastic experience and already lining up my next purchase - outstanding experience.

I needed a car in Kenya and decided to import one from the UK. Chris was my contact from the start and he helped me transporting my motorbike to the UK, so the two vehicles could be shipped together.

After arrival in Kenya, we had a fair share of unforeseen challenges. Also beyond MHH’s control and they were dealt with as swiftly as possible given the circumstances. It made the entire process quite stressful because you want everything to be smooth and not to take as long as it did.

I was not happy with their logistics partner in Mombasa (both vehicles were not transported to Nairobi, which is usually the case). I believe MHH has already taken action from that feedback.

So, I am rating my overall experience 4 stars. In Kenya things were not as smooth as I had expected. But do I trust them? Yes. The MHH team will deliver because they know what they’re doing!
