In terms of returns, we don’t charge a fixed return fee — the cost is covered by the customer via a courier of their choice. Typically, using Royal Mail or EVRi with a tracked service should come to no more than £4. I'm unsure which courier you selected, but I hope this helps clarify our process.

Worst experience ever. Do not buy from this brand. I ordered two bikinis with express shipping in time for a holiday (it said 1-2 days delivery on the website but frustratingly but my email confirmation said 3-4 days delivery). I emailed customer service when they didn’t arrive in time and they were understanding and offered to resend the order and refund the shipping and provide a discount which I was happy to accept. I asked for tracking details and then I heard from them a further two times when all they did was ask if I’d received the package and ignore my requests for tracking details and a status update on what was going on. I emailed countless times for an update over the next few weeks and heard nothing and still have not received my order. I am now having to take it up with my credit card company. Do NOT buy from this company. They are happy to take your money but not actually provide any form of customer service. Incredibly disappointing.

When you placed your order with express shipping, our website did state a 1–2 business day delivery window. However, as outlined on our Delivery Policy page, this timeframe does not include our processing and packing times — something we understand may have caused confusion.
After you reached out to let us know your order hadn’t arrived in time for your holiday, we responded promptly — offering to reship the items, refund your shipping fee, and provide a discount, which you kindly accepted. The replacement was shipped using a non-tracked service at that time, but we did provide proof of postage.
According to our records, the items were ultimately delivered. However, a chargeback was initiated with your bank, and the funds were returned to you — while the products were still retained. As a small business, this has been understandably disappointing, particularly as we made every effort to resolve the situation in good faith.
We truly value our customers and pride ourselves on delivering great service. In cases like this, where the products have been received and the payment reversed, it does make things especially difficult for us.

Low quality, good customer service
I ordered 2 colours of the same bikini, maybe I got unlucky with this style as the material felt very low quality and thin (Ischia bikini). I paid for express shipping but one of the bikinis was sent a week later than the first one, not sure why. Customer service was quick and refunded my order except for shipping cost, however I wouldn’t order from here again

My first order was the tie-dye bikini, I’m always cautious about swimwear because it has to fit perfect to make you feel good! After my first order, my parcel came quickly and the quality is 10/10, that same bikini has been on soo many holidays with me and the material/ colour is exactly the same as the first wear! Mia swim is now my go to for swimwear, can’t recommend enough 😊😊
