I've had such a great experience with Mia Bella Girls. As a mom, I love finding clothes that are both adorable and well made, and Mia Bella has been exactly that. The quality is excellent, the fabrics are soft, and everything has held up really well after washing.

I've purchased from MBG several times, and I love all of their designs. They seriously have the cutest swimsuits! I had one dress that came in with an issue, and customer service was great about helping take care of it. And I think that there will always be things that go wrong, but the truest test of an individual or business is how it is handled in the follow up. Love this company!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Mia Bella. I tried to cancel an order before it shipped. They took several days to get back to me and then said it was too late to cancel, as the order had shipped. Do NOT order from this place.

I was excited to follow Mia Belle Girls on instagram. They have a ton of cute clothes for little girls and love that they offer mommy and me outfits. It was my first time ordering but i really liked the quality of the out we got. And my daughter couldn’t wait to put on the sparkly top and skirt when she saw it.

I ordered from this company. Took awhile to get the item I purchased. When the item came it looked small and I contacted the company for an exchange for a larger size next size up. Just an exchange-no money back just an exchange. The company replied since the item was on sale they would not allow an exchange for another size!

I ordered a costume for Halloween 12 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped!

Beware. Ordered 4 items. One outfit was substituted for an unrelated item. Notified customer service. After repeated reassurances that outfit not received would be replaced, heard nothing. Never received missing outfit and no refund issued. Other three outfits were not as pictured.

Beware -- this is a GRINCH of a bait & switch operation! They advertise specific children's clothes items with a "delivery by December 24" banner; yet after you order the item, they advise it will take 21 days for delivery. This is an especially cruel tactic when small children have asked for something special for Christmas. It is now more than 21 days past my order date, and the USPS tracking number they provided still says "label created, but package not at USPS yet".

I received a defective item. I emailed them immediately with the order number & item number. I also sent photos of the defect. I was told to use their third party to return. Ha! When I attempted this it said item not returnable.
They should have known this since I provided the item number.
It has now been two weeks, & TWELVE emails. I still do not have a refund or replacement. Communication is horrible.
Customer service is horrible. No way to run a business!

Pre-ordered a dress for my daughter. The communication was fantastic throughout the whole order. It arrived within the timeframe given! It was super cute and my daughter loved it!
