I really like Micas! The clothes feel stylish and modern, and the quality is better than I expected for the price. Everything fits nicely and looks great in real life, not just in photos. The only thing I’d love is a bit more consistency in sizing, but overall I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely order again.
I’m OBSESSED 🤯✨ The quality is next level, the service is flawless, and the prices… almost too good to be true. 1000% recommend.
I was very disappointed with my experience with Micas. The quality of the dresses is extremely cheap and nothing like what is shown in the photos. The fabric feels very low quality and the overall construction is poor.
The sizing is also very misleading. I ordered a small, but it fits more like an XXS, which made the dress completely unwearable.
What was most frustrating was the customer service. They did not seem to understand my concerns and made no real effort to help resolve the issue. It felt like they were just giving generic responses instead of actually addressing the problem.
Overall, I would not recommend buying from Micas. The quality, sizing, and customer support were all very disappointing.

Their clothing is good quality, decently made and fashionable. The problem is, if you have an issue with your Oder you’re assed out. There is no phone contact and you may or may not get a response from Micas via email. I received a text that my order was delivered but I did get anything. I looked at my door bell camera and no one came by and delivered anything and I was getting no help from Micas. If I didn’t get my purchase I’m on my own.

Buyer beware of MICAS.
This was my first order and I returned every item completely unworn with tags attached, followed their return process exactly, and even paid for return shipping myself.
After jumping through multiple hoops, MICAS refused to refund my $140 and instead tried to issue a $45 gift card I never agreed to.
A gift card is NOT a refund.
Customers should not have to fight to get their own money back after a compliant return. I have proof of return delivery and full documentation of this process.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will be filing a chargeback and documenting this experience across consumer protection platforms.
I simply want the refund owed to me. #Micas #CustomerServiceFail #OnlineShoppingWarning

Item out of stock after purchase. They offered to split or option to remove items prior to shipping. Neither item was removed and they processed later after the fact. I just received the final item although it was removed from the order. I have 16 emails going back and forth and they have no resolution but to offer 10 percent off next order. I requested to return the items that were removed prior to shipping, they refuse to cover the shipping cost although it was their fault. The product quality is not worth the prices. Save your money and headache with this company.

Do not trust this place it’s a scam! I made a purchase it to forever to get to me and it fit me like a mumu. When I contacted them they said they did not do exchanges. I paid $7.99 for a shipping label which they didn’t send. I had to email them 3 more times before they sent it to me.
I then sent the item back tags attached not worn or dirty in the same packaging and condition it was sent to me in. After a month of me not hearing from them I contacted them again and they said the return did not match their refund standards! I literally sent it back 2 days after receiving it and in the same exact condition.
DO NOT TRUST THEM! Save your time and money

Don’t shop from them. Cheap company with horrible customer service. Low quality clothing.
I ordered 3 items and did not like the quality or sizing of any of them. I requested a return which can only be done by email. I had to pay return shipping of $35.00. I returned the items to the address listed on their return instructions. 3 months later I am still waiting for a refund. The package was delivered to the address they provided and they refused delivery. After numerous emails and a bunch of ridiculous emails from the company I have still not received a refund.
December 13, 2024 and May 15, 2025 . On two separate occasions ordered gorgeous outfits and found out after the payment was completed a day or so later that they were out of stock. Forced me to scramble for a new outfit and buy new shoes.
I made a purchase on December 27th, 2022 and I still haven’t received my package. I will not be ordering from them EVER again! EVER! Smh.
Terrible return policy. Only 14 days to return products which do not fit at all. The clothes also do not resemble the pictures on the website.
Also, only offering store credit back is not legal in The Netherlands.
Their customer service is ignoring my emails by now.
Even if your products are unworn and have all their tags on they will find an excuse to not help you with your return.
Very poor quality brand.
Edit: after writing this review and having Trustpilot send it to them they all of a sudden allowed me to return the product (own costs, which is like €20 in NL) ánd get my money refunded to my creditcard. Which, I appreciate, but does not chance my view of the brand itself.
They make the returns process incredibly difficult. Only 14 days to return and the cost of return is on the customer. Clothes are poor quality. They should do better as an online store knowing that fit and style can vary.
My items never came and they will not refund my money. At first they were corresponding with me saying it was delayed. They then said I could have store credit. I said I did not want that so they said they would resend the order and they never did. Now they no longer respond to any of my emails. I will have to dispute the charges through my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
